Starting with placing the initial order, I spoke to a person (not automated) very knowledgeable. Regular updates via text and email regarding the delivery. I paid to have the oven fitted/installed, they arrived exactly on time installed the oven in 30 minutes. Great professional service, I would use again and highly recommended.

The delivery guy called Joe went above and beyond. The service was amazing. It wouldn’t fit through my door so Joe took all the packaging off brought it threw to my kitchen and even took the wrapping away to dispose of instead of clogging my bins up.

Excellent Iceking fridge/freezer IK1750EW
Our Iceking fridge/freezer was delivered sooner than expected, texts to update us about delivery time, excellent service by the driver who took away our old one too. The fridge/freezer is working excellently, quiet, food frozen, food chilled perfectly in this heatwave. Very happy with it ! Loads of space for everything.

50s style fridge-freezer delivered one day after ordering.
After calling the company with some questions about cost details, the fridge-freezer I wanted was ordered, securely paid for and due for delivery the next day within about 10 minutes. It has a nice 50s style and a tropical climate rating, which is needed in the UK these days!

Washing machine packaging on arrival.
The washing machine arrived as promised and on time. The price had been reduced due to a summer deal price by £25 from the normal price of all other competitors. On arrival there was no cardboard box around the washing machine that you normally get with a new appliance, just a loose fitting cardboard lid and plastic wrapping. The polystyrene protection around the edges of the appliance was broken.
The delivery driver asked me if I wanted to inspect the appliance due to the way it was packed which I thought was good. On cutting the cling film type wrapping around the middle of the machine there was no evidence of any damage. As yet I have not installed the machine.
It appears to be an ex display item that had been repackaged in the plastic wrapping that had been previously removed. If it is a returned item or ex display item I think it should be stated in the appliance description when on sale.

We would, however, like to clarify that the appliance supplied was a brand new item, not an ex-display or returned model. This is confirmed by the delivery photographs taken at your property, which clearly show the manufacturer's serial number label in place and the original packaging intact.
Display models do not come with the manufacturer's original packaging, whereas your appliance did. The outer packaging and protective materials can sometimes become marked or damaged during handling and transport, but this does not mean the appliance itself is used or ex-display.
We hope this reassures you, and we're confident you'll be pleased with the appliance once it has been installed. If you do have any issues after installation, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
