I wanted a refund because of slow progress and they naturally tried to keep my business which was good but they even compared me to Batman just needing to take the leap. Ridiculous. But then finally they offered a partial refund. I said no because you broke the contract. They said no so I tried to go through my credit card company and I initiated a small charge back. Then they said that precludes them from giving any refund and now ignore me. Please avoid this company. They just delay and delay until they find an excuse to keep money and run.
