Pass for a more established company next time

We were promised whole house and yard spraying by the salesperson. The techs just spray around the base of the house and eaves.

Their scheduling is a mess, we get mutliple confirmations and appointments within days of each trying to overlap and charge for extra visits.

Aptive is able to protect the home from the outside in.
Scheduling would be made more convenient with a quarterly option and to be able to specify am or pm.

I continue to have problems with ants…

I continue to have problems with ants which I’ve mentioned twice in the last two visits. For the cost of the service it just doesn’t seem reasonable, particularly with the poor performance.

Your technician was uncommunicative

Your technician was uncommunicative, and frankly rude. This service was to check the annual termite stations and I’ve found several still covered with pine straw undisturbed. This type of service isn’t what I experience with the techs supporting my regular pest service. On his initial service phone call I thought he was for pest service which I had a week prior so I was a bit confused, then checked my calendar to see it was the annual termite review. Never contacted me after the inspection- just drove away.

Arrived timely, completed process efficiently, kept me informed and updated re process. Made sure I knew how long my pets needed to be kept out of yard.

No more bugs alive in my home!

I had a large cockroach fly at my face while I was visiting with a friend in my living room. I ducked and it landed on the wall behind me where I crushed it. The very next day a rep from Aptive knocked on my door and they were able to treat that same day. I called them back 2 weeks later to re-treat a couple of spots. Again, they gave very quick service (I think it was the day after I called) 2 weeks later they were due for their scheduled service and they were right on time and happy to treat again. The only bugs I've seen in the house since have been dead. I feel confident that their treatments are working and my home will remain bug free. Thank you Aptive!

Great communication & Product

I've been using Aptive for a few years and have not had an issue with ants getting inside the house like I did with my prior service provider. Urenny did a great job communicating the service provided and the Company does a great job sending service reminders.

Service is NOT what you are promised.

Every technician that comes out does things differently. They cut corners & try to do the least amount of work possible. If you want the job done to the level that you were promised when you signed the contract you will have to micromanage them & follow them around to check there work.
It's obvious that this company does NOT have any training systems in place.

Spider web were not all removed. Also, we have lots of spiders they need to be treated and killed.

Improvement Pending

Aptive technicians are very thorough with providing their services. There are multiple times I have witness them consistently treat my home with the utmost care and take care of areas of concern. They would bring to my attention of anything that I would need to be aware of. However when it comes to scheduling my treatment, it feels that there is not enough notice or it is at random. Recently, I have received notifications 3 days ahead for the past 3 months where they had to reschedule. Their scheduling and notification system need improvement.

Don’t get what your paid for

Didn’t spray for mosquitoes but twice in a year after I paid for the PRO plan which includes this. Only sprayed indoors once in a year. When you click on the message link to reschedule appointments, they are none available. When I canceled my account through customer service, she offered to send them back out to spray for mosquitoes, but they should have did that each time during warm weather.

Service with a smile

The service rep showed up and gotto work right away. He covered areas all around the house and yard. He also made sure to close the gate to the backyard after servicing the area.I was satisfied with the service.

Very good company

There is good communication between clients and techs. They let you know when they will be and that's when they show up. The only issue I have had is one or two of the techs that have shown up had done a really quick poor job around the house. When they do a decent coverage we seem to not have any big issues.
