Unfortunately, Aptive has been irresponsible with their service on my property. I had asked that through the winter they replenish rodent traps once a month and they only did it once. Then they did not show up for any service the entire Spring, and yet billed me for each month even when service was not performed. Just today they contacted me, June 10th to schedule service. I tried contacting them the past few months, to no avail, and they never returned my call. They have not been reliable. The people they send are younger, energetic persons who seem to try their best. However, as a company, I have little trust in them and have canceled their services. Since I entered into a service contract with them 12 months ago, they have only serviced my property 4 times, while billing me for each month.

They cancelled an appointment in April - just having signed a new contract that would have them come out MORE frequently - - not that bugs are an issue in MAY and JUNE!
Never communicated other than to cancel and never reshcedule
When contacted - they gave a $15 refund after missing TWO MONTHS! Seriously!!!!
THEN they tell me they will schedule me for June and then AUGUST - - so ONCE in the summer months... canceling this shitty service
**WHILE I APPRECIATE THE RESPONSE - THE FIRST LEVEL CLEARLY DID NOT DO WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AND THE SERVICE WAS CANCELLED. IT WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MUCH TO UNDERSTAND THE GAP IN THE SUMMER MONTHS FOR SERVICE - THE IMPORTANCE OF IT - AND ENSURE A SCHEDULE WAS PUT TOGETHER TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY DIDN'T. YOUR FIRST LINE RESPONDERS NEED TRAINING IN ACTUAL SERVICE. ***

The last service this month was not satisfactory. One of the bait stations was missed. For the first time in years we are experiencing ticks in the yard and black ants in the house. Aptive went ahead and raised the prices this year and the service is not up to par. It leaves me to wonder if I should not be shopping for a better service provider.

Cancelation policy ridiculous. You have to cancel on the specific date. Service people do NOT listen to customer requests to ring bell coming and going.

Unfortunately, when they were applying the liquid chemicals on the house the squirted above the windows which caused drips to go down most of my windows. This is the first time this is occurred so hopefully you can inform the technician to be more careful in the future and avoid dripping chemicals down windows
