We need to be contacted before you arrive as last two applications were done on the outside only. We could have here if we knew the time. Next time please contact us at 248-470/9840 a few days before and a couple hours before arrival. Thank you.

Aprive came out on Friday may 22nd and…

Aprive came out on Friday may 22nd and I ended up having to work and was unable to be there. Got a text asking what issues I was having which is wasps in the eaves and soffits and that was texted back to the aptive rep that was coming out. I have cameras and watched to make sure it was being done to my expectations. They are normally there about an hr and the 2 that showed up were there maybe half of that. Didn't touch the ears on the 2nd story or the soffits up higher which they are normally able to get to with the pole duster extension. So I called the number that texted me and explained to her that was not happy with the experience and would like her to come back out when I was home. She asked when would be a good time to come back out and unfortunately I said monday which was memorial day. She said that she was working and it wouldn't be a problem so it was set up for 8-12 monday morning. Then she called over the weekend and assured me I would get a confirmation for monday and she would be out. Unfortunately I never got a confirmation and she never came out or communicated to me that she wasn't coming. I don't appreciate being lied to to or the fact now I can't trust this company to do quality work without me being at my house when I paying a premium for your company to do quality work regardless of if a customer is at home or not.

The people. Jerell was nice, friendly and respectful. Ask me if I had any concerns to address and told me what he was going to do and check for and what to expect in a few days after he sprayed. Good experience.

I have been pretty happy with them…

I have been pretty happy with them until yesterday and 1 other time! Just like any company you have a few bad apples ! Yesterday and 1 other time I had a rep that did absolutely nothing due to the weather and I agreed they couldn’t put down certain liquids outside and we could reschedule and they leave but I get a full report every time they are here and they have lied 2TIMES now about doing everything but they barely got out of the van to talk to me but reported they did full service and charged me full price! So they are coming out again now to do the job right!

So far after this recent treatment all…

So far after this recent treatment all looks good.
I had a 🐝 hornet nest at my building. The young man sprayed it and knocked it down for me. I am allergic to bee stings and this meant a great deal to me.
He was friendly, kind and courteous.

I am just not overly impressed

I am just not overly impressed with the whole treatment process. I was sold it on being things that they could fix (ex: Red Wasps) and they are still prominent.

I would not resign up for the process.
