I like the fact that he takes pictures

I like the fact that he takes pictures of the work he’s doing around my house and also that he sends a text to let me know when he’s on his way, when he pulls up, and when he’s done. I’ve also notice almost zero bugs in my house ever since they started treating my property.

Overcharged me/ should have been $69…

Overcharged me/ should have been $69 instead they changed be $75. Called them and they said I should receive a refund for the overage and I still haven't received it in my bank account

Services wrong house

My service was done at the wrong house. I have never had an issue till this service. I contacted the office for a refund.

Perfect...

I was not home when the technician arrived at my house. However, he text me that he was here and we communicated by texting back and forth. My neighbor had a conversation with him and the neighbor told me the Tech was really nice..

It’s always a different technician

It’s always a different technician, so you have to go over the areas of concern.
They never give you a window of arrival time, so you have to waste a day waiting.
One visit is first thing in the morning and the next is late in the afternoon.

Terrible experience

Service prices have gone up, my service scheduling is automated to be more often then what I originally wanted so it is costing me more annually then expected. The service is so basic.....spray some things, wipe your awnings, and refill your bait stations. Only go inside the home if you ask them to, and when the tech does they have no recollection of previous services so they have no idea how to treat the home. Seems to be a new tech almost each and every service... reqdy to move on for sure as I still had mice issues this winter and last summer was a struggle to get them to treat my yard. Different answers from different techs as to what they are supposed to do. Such a bad experience. The only thing I have noticed that is a good comment is less bugs inside my home. Still have the occasional Asian beetles and stink bugs. But not much else. Had a wasp nest in my roof, they weren't willing to treat so I had to hire a 3rd party company that cost an extra 300 dollars. Just a joke of a service.

Service techs and service good

Service techs and service good. I did not like having a one-year contract, especially during winter. I was also told that they could service our second residence in Princeton WI and was later told they could not provide service in that area.
