The technicians always do a great job…

The technicians always do a great job and send lots of pictures of what they’ve done. I’ve had a lot less bugs after starting with Aptive.

Aptive response was great.

We have had Aptive doing scheduled maintenance for several years. We had a situation arise that needed immediate attention and Aptive responded and treated it the same day. That kind of customer service is impressive and appreciated!

They said that they did service…

They said that they did service treatment on November 4th. We were home whole day. They didn’t give us service treatment. When we gave them call that we didn’t get treatment. They were still claiming that they gave treatment.
Finally they gave treatment on November 7th.
Very bad experience.

Mice and Ant issue

We went from having mini mice in our house all the time to one mouse I have heard in 2 and 1/2 years. We went from having enough ants in her house to cover a cracker one minute if you dropped it to not seeing any ants on a cracker if you drop it.
