I appreciate being able to adjust my quarterly service over text. They send me a reminder the week before the appointment and if I need to adjust the day or time it is very simple to do that.

The technician was great

The technician was great. My issue is that every few years they take it upon themselves to sign me up to auto pay with out my approval. This happened about 4 years ago and then it just happened again. I would think that something is wrong with charging someone’s credit card without permission.

Aptive Pest Control does a great job!

Aptive Pest Control has served us for over a year now. They have taken care of all our pests.
All of the technicians have been very friendly and very knowledgeable. Any questions that I asked, they knew the answer to.

Service was great

The customer service department addressed my concerns and the local manager called me as well. They sent another tech out to verify everything was done correctly.

Fruitland Drive

I wasn't able to be home when David sprayed my property...hence the 4 star rating. He did send me pics of the areas sprayed... I have to trust he did all areas needed and requested. I was sad I wasn't home to have some needed areas spayed indoors... next time.

There was no indication the tech was here, other than in his van creating an invoice.

The technician did not let us know he was here, my dogs didn’t bark (very unusual). I did see him in the driveway sitting in his van. Just disappointed about the way it all shook down. There weren’t wet lines on the sidewalk or driveway which typically are there. I hope the next application has a better result. Snails and wasps are out, and after treatments the go away.
