I think the way they sign you up is DECEPTIVE. The person at my door told me and showed me that there were options for no chemicals. It was a lie. So mostly have not used other than to get rid of wasp nests. I will be canceling.

Everytime I get a great rep and one that actually listens to your concerns and acts on it. They always let you know approximately the time of arrival, let you know when they arrive and when they are done. Present you with photos of what they have done. Really never a bad experience

To Aptive Management,
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with both the conduct of your service technician and the handling of my account.
From the moment the technician arrived, his behavior was hostile and unprofessional. I had specifically requested via text that he not ring the doorbell due to our dog, and I have Ring camera footage showing he ignored this request. When I pointed out spider webs, he dismissed me, saying he only saw “1–2,” and even claimed he couldn’t see the webs directly in front of him. After I pointed them out, he muttered under his breath that I was “going to ruin his credibility.” When I reminded him that his own attitude was what ruined his credibility, he escalated — raising his voice, insisting I “look everywhere so you can’t say I did nothing,” and repeating that I was going to ruin his credibility. His tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable in my own home.
Following this traumatic experience, I immediately called Aptive asking to speak with a supervisor, but I was hung up on. When I called back, nearly in tears, I spoke with Flower, who apologized and promised I would receive a discount on my next service. However, I later discovered I was still charged in full for this visit — a service I had explicitly told the technician not to complete given his behavior.
This entire situation — from being ignored and disrespected, to being yelled at in my own home, to being charged for a service I did not want — has left me extremely upset and dissatisfied. I feel completely disregarded as a customer.
At the very least, I request:
1. A full refund of the charge for this visit.
2. Confirmation that this technician will not be assigned to my property again.
3. Assurance that Aptive is taking steps to prevent this type of conduct and poor handling of customer concerns in the future.
If this matter is not addressed promptly and fairly, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Missed a pretty sizable wasp nest under the back deck that we found cleaning the next day. Otherwise thorough, informative service.
Also, could live without the harassment trying to get me to leave a review every other day.

They contact you before they come and then they send you a message when they finish detailing what all they did and what pests they treated for. They let you know what they see as potential problems. They will also come in and treat inside if you request and someone is home. They are friendly and professional. Their service is effective.

We are being overrun by spiders, we didn't have this problem until we switched services to Aptive Environmental. The technician that did our last service was very professional and friendly and treated all areas around the house but now you walk into spider webs everywhere especially on the front porch.

Continue to be impressed with Aptive Pest Control. Communication between the tech and customer is amazing from texting when in route to when on site. They take pictures of things they find and ask if there are any problem areas. Since signing up with them our ant and wasp/yellow jacket problem is now non existent now. Only part of the whole process I wasn't a fan of was the initial signup with the sales guy. Very high pressure and wouldn't take no for an answer. Overall I am happy with the service and with the price I pay as I was a tough cookie at signup.

Nothing but good experience with their work / service so far, but there's a pretty fast and hard sell approach, and (what seems to me to be) an unusual pricing system, ultimately a noticable bit higher than other exterminators I've used . I receive good service, but not frequent, as that's really how they work.

Fabulous service.
The young man that came out was right on time, polite, and went right to work. We had family with kids and dogs. A little chaotic…he wasn’t phased at all. We even offered him breakfast, which he declined.
