Aptive Fail
My experience with this company is not what I was told by the sale representative. I still have active ant nest and wasps nest at my home. The service providers do not give a time rather a timeline that may or may not work with your schedule. If you are not home they will spray the exterior of your home or treat it yet I still have the same issues listed above as the ant nests and wasps nest are outside. I will not renew my contract and I share this as my experience.

Peter was supposed to come in the AM 8…
Peter was supposed to come in the AM 8 - 12 but came at 3:30. Was very short and was gone with in 20 mins - do not believe he services me correctly. Just came across a big ant hill in the back by the sunk pump. Was not happy with his service and would appreciate if he does not come again to service my property.

Results not worth the money.
We have not seen a reduction in roaches and black ants or noseeums. As a matter of fact there are more roaches outside than before. We have always sprayed ourselves and it has worked. I was hoping that Aptive would be as effective as our treatments without us having to do it. But that is not the case. I am seriously considering paying the $199 to get out of the contract instead of paying $104 a month for 22 more months of no change. The people are great…very easy to work with, professional and polite. It’s the product that isn’t working well for us.

Contact to let me know when there's an appointment is great but there is never a time other than a text 30min prior to them arriving. If I need the inside of the home to be done I have to wait sometimes the whole day. Just make an appointment time so I'm not wasting a whole day waiting around. You guys gave appointment times previously but stopped. This last visit I was surprised there was an increase in price again. At this point you are quickly becoming unaffordable.

Aptive Pest Control is a great company
Aptive Pest Control is a great company. They have excellent rates and have a good product.
I have had three treatments. The first two were excellent. The visit on Nov 14 was so different. The person who came out tried to say we were not at home. Both my husband and I were home and never heard a knock or the doorbell. My dog always barks when the door bell rings. I feel as though the tech lied to me. He was polite but not a good representative for Apitve.
