Warning: Apex Ecom Left Me With $10K in Losses
UPDATED 7/14: My lawyer has all the documentation to verify my claims and sent a demand letter on 7/10. Instead of responding, Apex is posting false statements here.
Why are you still withholding supplier documentation for inventory purchased with my own funds—especially with $10,000 worth is scheduled for disposal? Why won't you hand that over instead of continuing to obstruct my business?
If you're a credible company, respond through proper legal channels and stop fighting clients online. The BBB did not side with you, and will be posting my complaint publicly. They are not a legal authority—I tried every channel to professionally work with Apex but this company continues to obstruct and attack me instead of handing over documentation for my inventory!

I paid over $10,000 to Apex Commerce and hired them to manage my Amazon store based on promises of profitable sourcing, monthly ROI growth, and full transparency. Instead, they failed on every front.
They made exaggerated claims of projected profits, but for two consecutive months they sold my inventory at a loss. Instead of informing me, they billed me incorrectly and concealed the fact that they were operating at a loss.
When I raised this to them they abruptly terminated my contract. They never responded to my emails requesting supplier documentation for over 5,000 units of inventory sourced leading to all my inventory scheduled to be destroyed by Amazon.
The company president, Aidan Parks, made multiple false allegations against me after raising concerns and failed to respond to any of my requests for clarification or documentation to support his claims or their billing.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, state consumer protection agencies, and the Florida Attorney General. I strongly urge others to avoid working with this company. Working with this deceptive and dishonest company has cost me over $10,000 in losses.
