Scam!!!! No customer service. No call backs or response to texts. The product does not work. Their association with Committed Coaches seems to be part of the scam. I was signed up for a $1750 one on one program by high pressure sales person. I don't see how anyone could follow the program they are pushing: videos, Zoom calls, texts, phone calls, overwhelming amount of time required. Run away from this company.

First, I returned all unopened bottles of Aqua Sculpt (AS) and did receive my refund within 3 days. It should be noted I had issues taking this product so those bottles were returned within 30 days of receiving them; i. e., very quickly.

Also, included in my returned package were 10 unopened bottles of products bought via Aqua Sculpt’s “sister company” called “Committed Coaches”. They are comprised of individuals who work with Aqua Sculpt and sell other products. Based on my current experience, they are not held accountable by Aqua Sculpt. I was finally told today “Committed Coaches” has no support or customer service. There is no number to contact anyone. That should tell you something! What’s more interesting I was instructed by AS personnel to send all bottles back to Aqua Sculpt’s main address. It’s been a month and I still have not received a refund for those 10 bottles. I call AS and all customer service does is send an email to them requesting they issue my refund. It’s a joke! In the beginning, I did receive a few emails from one of the coaches stating “Per tracking, package has not been received yet, and a refund will be given once received.” Not only is this response confusing but more importantly I now consider this reply a delay. I responded to this coach all bottles purchased via their group were sent to AS (per their instructions) and I gave this “coach” the tracking number numerous times. Totally ignored. He keeps sending me the same “canned” message. I’ve asked for explanations, even this tracking number he keeps mentioning, and I get nothing. At this time I can only assume those 10 returned bottles have been either thrown out, are still at AS’s company warehouse, or a Committed Coach has resold those products to some other unsuspecting person. Based on other conversations with AS personnel, they just read from a prepared script in hopes that you will accept it and just move on. I can probably repeat it word for word by now. I’ve been told they can’t do anything except send an email. I can only assume I will not get my refund for those particular bottles bought via Committed Coaches. I’m writing this review to warn others before you buy. Committed Coaches are a scam and have fraudulent practices. All they want is your money. They do NOT give out refunds. And furthermore, I commend Aqua Sculpt for refunding my money; they did honor their promise. But I find their willingness to work with “Committed Coaches” knowing their practices are not commendable.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. After watching a lengthy video promising weight loss results, and with a 60 day refund policy, I bought 6 bottles. After the first month, I saw no results and contacted them asking for refund instructions. Gwyn replied, stating that she understood and would help me with that however, sometimes it takes more time to work and wanted to send me, free of charge some cleanse product that would work with the Aqua Sculpt product, to see if that helped. I agreed. I still hadn't received the cleanse product so called the number she gave me if I wanted to return the unopened bottles. After being placed on hold 10 minutes, I was informed that since I accepted that offer to try the cleanse product, I was no longer eligible to return the unopened bottles. I will call my bank to dispute this as I have all the advertisements showing 60 day money back guarantee and the email from Gwyn as there was NOTHING IN HER EMAIL ABOUT BEING INELIGIBLE TO RETURN THE BOTTLES. THIS IS BS.

I am so glad I did my homework and found this site I was very close to ordering 6 bottles. I have been scammed many times.

Unfortunately I am required to choose a star in order to review this product. I actually was so disgusted by the business practices of this company and affiliated companies (most likely owned and operated by them, Aqua Sculpt, Committed Coaches, Natures Formulas” and another shelf company that I wasn’t provided the names of) that I didn’t even want to try the product at all. First when you go through the long boring process of the redundant video that you must watch before you can even order it…they offer you a better deal on an order of a greater quantity that you can’t resist. WHAT THEY DON’T tell you is that you will be charged for the initial order along with the better “deal”. It is deceptive because you think that you are purchasing 1 order when in fact you will not get the better offer unless you purchase an initial order first.
AFTER you order a “committed coach” will contact you stating that they have a “personalized” regimen that will help you get the best results possible. They will ask for credit/debit card information. DO NOT GIVE THIS INFORMATION. They are extremely deceptive and once they obtain that information, it is impossible to get a refund for the charge.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Parcel never received
I ordered and paid online to AquaScculpt on the 21 May 2025. They keep on telling me because I am living in another country it takes longer. On the 8 July I made another enquiry. They let me know they will resend the package. Then they let me know both orders will be send together. When I enquired today, 30th July I did not get any answers. How is that possible?

I watched the long video which stated the ingredients of Aquasculpt and the benefits. Unfortunately I placed an order, when the cost went from my bank account it totalled NZ $432.71 for 6 bottles. Once I started taking the product I was extremely disappointed to see no change in my weight. I contacted the company to request a refund as they advertised they gave a 60 day refund. This is when the support team disclosed that for some people it takes longer to work and to continue, so I did. Still no change so I requested a refund again, the response this time was to question my diet and exercise regime etc which in their advertising said would not need to be changed. I already exercised and had a good diet. The next response was suggesting I ask my friends if they would like to try it. Why on earth would I ask a friend to try a product I had no faith in at all. Their next response was to offer me an additional supplement to take with Aquasculpt. Which of course I refused. I researched Aquasculpt more and it said to take 2 capsules a day when the bottles said to take 1 a day, so more confusion. When the product arrived it had no compliment sheet or instructions. I took it daily with iced water as it had said in the original video. After numerous requests for them to tell me where to return the remaining bottles to be able to receivemy refund, they finally gave me their address. I then had the additional cost of returning the product which was an additional $32. I was then told I would only be refunded for the bottles returned and not my original purchase and they needed to receive the bottles before the date on which the 60 day refund guarantee ran out. The email replies from them could take 9 days therefore I told them I would be writing a review about their product and the company which is Natures Formulas. I then received a refund but only for the returned bottles. I feel silly that I was " taken for a ride" by this company and paid so much for what turned out to be no more than a vegetable supplement. I had believed their advertising which I now know to be false. Please DONT make the same costly and time consuming mistake as me.

I was told I would get a call to go over the product after I received it. Never got a call, no instructions included with the bottle of capsules. I left an e-mail requesting a call, never received a response. Requested a refund also via e-mail, never got a response. Did NOT loose one single pound on this farce of a product

The product did not work for me at all. I called to see about a refund and I was told that I had to have the product for 21 days before a refund could be considered. I waited at least 21 days and when I inquired about a refund, I was told that I was past the deadline for consideration. I did not know there was a deadline to apply for the refund. I was just told I had to use the product for 21 days. So, I'm stuck with the product I don't want and no refund. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company and product.

So glad I came here first. Firstly, in the video she says "in the next 3 and a half minutes". Well, over 45 minutes later, and I was tempted, but having been caught out before, thought I'd look for reviews. Thank you all for saving my hard earned dollars. Shame these people feed off other people's insecurities. Hope you all find a way to help.

The product didn't work for me. They didn't honor their money back promise. I'm still waiting for the refund which was less than what they they originally told me it would be. They lie and steal. Don't trust them.

Horrible….. my results were weight gain. The website says 180 day guaranteed. Now they claim 60 days. It took 3 weeks for someone to just respond to my email inquiry. They’re refusing a refund even for the unopened bottles.

BAD! DID NOT WORK FOR ME AND I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND PROMISED. This may be a huge scam!

SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. I'm a real person who spent real hard earned money thinking that this would help me, even a little. Seriously don't even bother. So disappointed with myself for falling for this!!!

Ordered this product on May 4, 2025 and they immediately charged by card.
Received the product on May 16, 2025 and started taking.
I had bought a 90 day supply, so after 60 days of taking the Aquasculpt, I had seen no results, so I email the customer support on July 9, 2025 to request a refund.
I never received a response from them, so on July 12, 2025, I called the customer support number and was told it was to late.
They said the 60 day refund (without questions) ended on July 4, 2025.
I explained to her that I did not receive until May 16, 2025 and that was 54 days of taking when I emailed on July 9, 2025.
After asking me to hold 2 times, she asked me to hold for a third time, so I held for over 1 hour and she never came back to the phone.
I guess this company thinks the best way to handle customers, is to put them on hold and never answer.

Money back guarantee expires. I contacted them to return product and was encouraged to use longer because sometimes it takes longer. I did that and told them it still did nothing for me. Oh they were sorry to hear but I was out of the guarantee period! Beware of their guarantee!

This company does not honor their refund policy. It states if you are not satisfied you can return the product even if the bottles are empty for a full refund. They say they changed the refund policy but I was told when purchased what the policy was and their website still states a full refund will be issued.

While I do believe this product actually works for a lot of people, the huge number of positive reviews and the reputable organizations that endorse it verify it does work for many people, but it obviously does not work for everyone. Since it didn't work for me I contacted AquaSculpt before the 60 days of them shipping was up. They would only refund for the unopened bottles as opposed to the "full refund" promised.

I, like many others, watched the whole presentation and thought about purchasing the 6 bottle deal. Am I pleased that I went looking for honest reviews first. Thank you so much for saving my money. People should be ashamed at blatantly preying on people who are trying to improve their health.

Ordered from Australia on 22/04 it arrived on 09/05 tried for just under 60 days to see if it really worked but no I gained weight instead of losing. I emailed them on 04/07 for the money back guarantee but they emailed back few days later saying the 60 days is from date of purchase not date of receiving, if i had known that i would have done so much earlier as i would send back remainder bottle's too. They said on that very long video you had 60 days to try this product (you cant try while it being shipped) so this is just false advertising. Total scam is what I think!
