Aquatica Bath Bewertungen

I ordered a rather unusual bath tub from Aquatica last December. Ordering from North Carolina, I found myself working with sales reps in Poland, Washington State and who knows where.
Ultimately I received the tub about 6 weeks after the original date advised.
Product was intact, delivery smooth. Very expensive, probably 200% of true value. Due to the unusual triangular shape of the tub that worked in my bath space, I ate the cost and moved on.

First of all, my tub is absolutely beautiful!!!
All the way through the process Aquatica USA was thorough, kind and, consistent. I was contacted by Aquatica, the day of delivery, to let me know my tub was on its way, gave me the approximate time it would arrive. It did so, literally, within 30 minutes of their estimated "time of delivery". ...not the "between 10 and 4" time frame. It was packed remarkably well.
I am very pleased with Aquatica USA and, I will order from them again.

Excellent product and service. I would definitely go through them again!

From my first chat to the delivery of my purchase Aquatica was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this company both for its outstanding service and its product.

I had a great experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate and when I couldn't find a part I was looking for, the person I interacted with on Chat was very knowledgeable. I purchased a freestanding bathtub, installation kit and headrest.

Our purchase of our tub was awesome! Handled extremely well from the point of purchase to delivery.

Excellent customer service, shipping was quick and the crate fully protected the tub. I have not installed it yet but very satisfied with the order, packaging and delivery.

LOVE our purescape 621 tub! It is the focal point of our bathroom. But not only is it lovely to look at, it fills quickly and stays hot!

The aquatica people were very acciommadating and helpful, they were ready to deliver immediately but we were not ready for it and then we had further renovation delays and they held it for us until we were ready.

Beautiful bathtub and very securely packed. We haven't quite installed it yet.

We purchased the Aquatica PureScape™ 040 Freestanding Acrylic Bathtub for a client's home because she wanted a true deep-water tub. This was the answer and she is thrilled with it. The service was great. Goran was responsive, patient and helpful. It seemed almost too good to be true that shipping would be free and then arrive in good condition & on time also. No worries were necessary there! The packaging was impressive - very secure & sturdy. Delivery was well done - driver did a good job. Overall, very pleased with this company & the bathtub. Yes, I would recommend and purchase from again.

Great customer service and quick responses. I was impressed with their website chat help and how quickly they responded to email. Love our tub!

Goran did a great job for us .We got the Aquatica Carolina bathtub and love it!.Could not be happier.
