Zac the gas engineer arrived on time and the boiler service was done quickly and he confirmed what he had done. He was also helpful when I asked for advise on my gas meter.

I had a service completed by them and decided to use them for a job I needed doing on the boiler. Able to get an appointment convenient to me, good communication, arrived on time. There was a slight issue with the job but they came back promptly and rectified it and received follow up phone call to check everything was working ok. Overall very happy with their service

I requested a quote for a replacement radiator because of a fault on the bleed sytem. I was immediatly informed that a replacement would not be needed as it could be repaired.
I appreciate the honesty as the cost saving for me was considerable. The work was carried out on time just as stated.

From initial quotation to job finish I can honestly find no faults with Aquila. The engineer "Pete" arrived and after introduction immediately started work on the jobs required. All the way through I was kept informed about what was going to happen. Once finished the entire working area was left clean and tidy to the extent you'd never know anything had taken place.

From booking the appointment to the follow up communication regarding the time of arrival for the engineer, everything was first class. The engineer arrived within the allocated time slot and was efficient on completing the job.

Excellent service couldn't fault anything

Prompt response to request for quote for new boiler. Chatted through options and recommended boilers, and quick issue of detailed quotation.

Competitive quote for an almost a like for like replacement, and a new radiator valve. Replacement boiler had almost identical dimensions to the old boiler which made installation simpler than it otherwise might have been.

I would recommend Aquila to anybody looking for a boiler replacement.

Fantastic experience with this company. Gas engineers worked non stop from removing my old boiler and placing a new one in a different area. Also fitted thermostats on radiators and added a hive thermostat. Explained how to use the Hive app and details about our new boiler. Communication was great. Told ETA and their names before arrival. Local company of Warrington. Would highly recommend.

Chris and Dave H were brilliant cleaned all the mess up when they had finished were on time both days and would definately use these again i was really impressed
