Easy to book the service. Great communication from Aquila to tell you when the engineer will arrive. Plenty of reminders. Engineer very knowledgeable and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. Excellent value for money.

Exceptional Service. Where do I start? I was kept informed of when the engineers were going to arrive via text and tracking! The chaps that turned up to work on the installation were friendly, professional, tidy and treated me with respect - they didn't talk down to me and kept me informed of progress as the day went. The whole process of dealing with Aquila from start to finish was painless and smooth - just what we needed after our original boiler failed us and we were without heating or hot water - so thanks for coming to our rescue! Can't recommend Aquila enough!

When my boiler broke down over the Christmas break I contacted John at Aquila plumbing and explained the situation of having no central heating and no hot water. I was very pleased with his response as a week later engineers were assigned to install a new combi boiler
The engineers were considerate respectful and professional and had my heating back up and running within one and a half days

Having used Aquila before I faith in the quality of their service. They did not let us down. They did a great job.
Although they weren’t able to come out until the 6th Jan, that was their first day of work after the their holiday closure, they ordered the parts during closure making sure they could complete the repair as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them for heating and plumbing services.

The fitter that came to service our boiler and our log burner gas heater was very professional and pleasant top marks.
