Bought 2 shawls for my father as a surprise - I messaged the brother with a few questions I had prior to placing the order and he was extremely helpful in answering all my queries. Received the order within 3 days of ordering and the quality of the shawls was absolutely amazing 🤌🏻. My father (someone that is hard to buy gifts for) was over the moon with the shawls as well, adores them.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have ordered from Ar Rihla a couple of times now and have been extremely impressed with the quality of the products I ordered as well as the customer service.
My last ordered, the colour of the product I ordered was not as expected and Ar Rihla swiftly exchanged this for me as requested. They offered to refund but I was happy for this to be exchanged instead.
Great quality products with great colours and designs, coupled with a fantastic customer experience.
I would certainly recommend and will continue to support genuine businesses like Ar Rihla who go the extra mile for each of their customer.
A company that offers a personalised customer service treating is customers fairly and respectfully.

I’ve ordered from Arrihla multiple times. The customer service is great and they ship to me all the way in the US pretty quickly. I own maybe 7 or so djellaba from Arrihla. They are all amazing quality and beautiful. There are so many great options to choose from. I have gotten them as gifts for relatives as well. The wool and cashmere ones are such good quality and the cotton ones are just so comfortable. I will def keep buying from them! Such nice people also!
