Incredibly good customer service
Incredibly good customer service, and product arrived quickly and well packaged. After sales was brilliant with advice on fitting a new liner brick. They really went over and above to help me. Customer service the way it should be, and now i wont go anywhere else.

Parts for obsolete stoves
We purchased a wood burning stove several years ago and the stove is now no longer available. In the more recent years I had occasion to replace certain parts, which were available from Arada, and wit h 'next day' delivery. We have just re-installed the stove, after a bit of refurbishment, greatly assisted by Aradas available stock, and still next day delivery.

First class service.
I have enjoyed my Arada Villager stove for ten years and this is the first time that I have had to replace the grate bars. The replacement set were safely and securely packed and arrived within a couple of days of my order. Excellent service! Thank-you.
