0 out of 5 for the Worst Courier Company. Appalling lack of Service!
My experience with Aramex was exceptionally poor and turned what a simple delivery into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal, marked by repeated failures, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.
I ordered a television on **25 June. **
The first delivery failed because the truck could not access my driveway. This mistake reflected their complete lack of attention to detail as, in rural areas, it is always a van or small truck. On the second attempt, I missed a call, and the driver left without attempting delivery. On the final delivery day, I was promised 11:30 a.m., but it was later pushed to the afternoon due to traffic. I had asked him to stay with morning delivery , as promised, but was sent a curt message saying it would be the afternoon.
The delays led to 17 emails with the retailer just to complete the delivery. Although Aramex apologised, they did not prioritise resolving the issue.
On the delivery morning, I had to give the driver directions despite providing the correct Eircode, and when the television arrived, there was no apology. It was delivered yesterday, July 8th, nearly a fortnight after my order.
This experience reflects a systemic failure in professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. I will actively avoid Aramex in the future and strongly advise others to do the same.

Reliable delivery is not a luxury—it is the minimum standard. Aramex failed to meet even that, and based on this experience, cannot be trusted to deliver even the simplest order competently. I am very thankful to DHL and DPD who are efficient and professional.
