Don’t want it and I tried to return with no success. I am very dissatisfied.

The product was promptly shipped upon ordering. There was a hold up at Customs, but I still received the item before our intended travel. The size of the bag is great as a personal carry-on with various strap options to carry like a suitcase or wear like a backpack without being heavy or excessively bulky.

Delivery time a disaster. Nothing was working there.

The bag i ordered is very nice, i enjoy using it. My issue with arca, the shipping and communication. It took over two weeks for my order to arrive, which was a shame because i ordered it two weeks in advance for a trip. My bag arrived the day before i returned from my trip so shipping took about 3 weeks total. I emailed to ask about shipping because based on the website policies my order took longer than it should have, I got no response. So yes the item itself is nice, it’s good quality, I actually wish I had gotten the one that’s extendible. But if you’re going to buy purchase WELL in advance of a trip

I had a very good experience with ARCA Official. The items I received seem good quality. I did find that the item tracking was lacking. The order status does not show the progress on a regular basis. I would appreciate more detail in this process.

I just bought my second Arca expandable backpack, not because there was anything wrong with the first one, because one of my family members liked it so much they decided they'd have it! A great bag for short domestic travel or as a cabin bag on long haul trips with hold baggage. Lots of individual compartments for keeping everything in order, quality materials and looks cool too. A travel must have in my view.

The Travel Daypack Roomy Pro backpack is of very good quality; the finishes and zippers are excellent. However, I don't like that the external space for the water bottle isn't spacious enough. It has a side mesh that seems like it can expand, but it only does so just enough for a small bottle. I would like the backpack to have side straps to adjust and compress it more. I used it for a 3-day trip, and the space for clothing is great. One aspect I didn't like is that the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and they didn’t provide any updates on the shipping status. The backpack was delivered without notifying me of the arrival date.

Arca has quality products and excellent costumer service. I had an issue with a backpack I received today and after following their simple steps they resolved the issue with in hours by replacing it using their lifetime warranty! I am impressed with the quality of the backpack and can’t wait to use it.

Excellent bags great price

I purchased a Roomy Pro backpack a few months ago and it has quickly become my choice for a carryon bag. It easily fits under the seat or overhead bin. And the multiple compartments allow quick access to stuff I need during the flight. It is big enough to hold a backup set of clothes to have available in case my checked bag gets lost!

I purchaed the Roomy Pro materials and construction seem of good quality. I recently used it on a European trip and it carried well and fit well even under an economy seat. Plenty of room for a 4 day trip, at least the way I pack, unless you utilize the shoe compartment that takes up room in your main packing compartment.

The bag itself is great but take notice...shipping took a long time. If you are purchasing this for an upcoming trip, I would give yourself at least 3 weeks.

First let me speak of the customer service. We ordered 2 backpacks for an upcoming trip. Though we did receive the notification that they were shipped and a tracking number with the strikes we were worried about not receiving on time. I sent 3 separate emails and all 3 times the replies were with in just a few hours if not shorter of my email. Even with the updated tracking number once received by the USPS. One of our emails is because they were sitting in CA for several days. Of course this is out of the companies control but they were so nice. What really blew me out of the water is when they reached out to me without me i initiating
Contact to let me know that the tracking now showed at my local USPS. So trust me when I say Customer service is superb.
Now the quality these bags are extremely well made and exactly what we were looking for great as a backpack, a laptop bag and a carry on suitcase there is even a place to plug in a battery pack for your electronics and you can charge from an external port of the bag. There are so many pockets and places for storage a large area for clothes with the option to expand like a suitcase, even a waterproof pockets for your toiletries, there is a separate padded area for laptop and other electronics. And plenty of zip pockets on the front for any other mid items you need for traveling. And did I mention quality you just feel the quality and care and materials that went into these bags. I can’t recommend enough. If I had one con it would just be they only come in black. Which was absolutely fine for my husband but is what made me hesitate on purchasing. I just wanted something a little more feminine but that’s of course not what’s important! And so glad I went through with purchasing!!!

The backpacks are pretty good. Able to store a good amount of clothing. Also able to store a good amount of electronic accessories. Used the backpacks for personal and business travel. No issues with having the backpacks as a carry on bag.

I was initially skeptical about the space for clothes, but I was pleasantly surprised. This bag has excellent material quality and an abundance of compartments and pockets, making it perfect for daily use and weekend trips. It feels incredibly durable. I managed to fit my size 11 shoes, three outfits, a toiletry bag, and my laptop accessories with ease!

Customer service was extremely helpful. I bought a duffel bag but mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, I realized this too late and was frustrated, so I asked if they could refund my money or resend the duffel. They not only sent me a replacement but also included a travel sling an a really nice letter. They truly care about their customers. Thank You!

I am new customer and am not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the Arca Flight Friendly Backpack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Arca customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and service I have ever received from a contract email. Super service!
