Classic Scam
I ordered inspection tags over two weeks ago. No delivery, tracking via the number provided gets you ran around in circles. I bought from Archford USA yet I am dealing with Australian shipping / tracking etc. I tried calling the company and there is no answer, no voicemail, nothing. Save yourself that hassle and buy elsewhere.

Hi Brendon,
Apologise for the late reply. We have a warehouse both in Australia and USA. It looks like our warehouse in the USA didn't have these tags for a reason and they asked us to send them out from Australia. Can you please email me on jonas@archford.com.au if you still haven't received the tags and I'll organise for the tags to be sent out from our warehouse in the USA.
I apologise for this once again. This hasn't been handled great from our side.

The day after I ordered my gloves I received a phone call to tell me the colour I ordered wasn't in stock and they asked me whether I was happy to get a different colour. Prompt and to the point. I like it.

Hi Shane,
We're sorry to hear that the green reflective tape you bought from us didn't matched your expectations. The reflective tape we have is a darker one than usual, but I also think the image shows that (pls see attached link).

Hi Steve,
Happy to hear that you had a good shopping experience from us. We sent your order from our WA warehouse instead of our other warehouse in VIC. That's why you received it so quickly.

Hi Anais,
I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I can see that you placed your order on Wednesday 17th April. We shipped this the same day from Melbourne with Australia Post Express. Shipping with Australia Post Express can take 1-5 Business Days (which we mention at the checkout) depending on where you're located. I can see that it was delivered to Cairns on Tuesday 23rd April. So it took 6 days. 95% of our orders are delivered on time, but sometimes things happens and some orders might get delayed. Unfortunately that is out of our control.
I hope to see you back in the future and give us another go.

Jonas
