I am not sure how we found ArchiCGI, but let me tell you I am SO glad we did. Unfortunately the world of residential home renovation can be a challenge particualrly in a city such as NYC. As we were working with our architects and engineers to get the plans approved, ultimately being at the complete mercy of the city's bureaucracies, we worked with the ArchiCGI team to develop renderings of finsihed focal points in the home. We then took these renderings to the contractual negotiations - there was no white space. Everything was laid out in a crystal clear manner - the vision tranlated to the page to the contractor's bid system. Plus what a nice keepsake to have from your home renovation. The team is adept at understanding your vision and marrying it with the technical needs of the building. They speak the end client language while being able to read a complex 30+ plan prepared for the DOB and make it come to life in vivid color. They are patient, kind, ask a lot of questions and even help you in making some difficult decisions. I can't recommend them enough!

A nice bunch of people who produced some images we were very happy with in the end. There was a lot of back and forth with tweaks and changes, which ArchiCGI were happy to do. There was a slight timing issue where the production of the images took a bit longer than anticipated, but it got done in the end. Generally they were well managed, with a tracked information exchange system which worked well. We'll certainly use them again.

A marvellous team, well coordinated, very responsive, with quick capabilities of adaptation. The final work is on point. Excellent work altogether!
