Esmerald had helped us draw out the architectural proposal for our rear extension. Initially we were not sure if we wanted to get the work done, but Esmerald came to our house and did multiple visits free of charge. We eventually got the plan approved and we have now even went ahead and done a loft conversion plan. He's been very responsive and patient with our queries.

I am very satisfied.

Esmerald was great to work with, we had to get drawings made up for some building control work and he helped throughout the process - in plain and clear English, which can be difficult with Building Control people!
