After searching high and low for a specific tile, a contractor who contracted them to do their tile services for BMO Conference Center in Calgary, Alberta. provided me the details to get in touch with Architessa, I emailed a general email box and received a response from the President who apologized for any delays in responding. The provided the contacts of theindividuals could help with my order AND provided a direct a link to the tile I was sourcing. You see the tile came from Italy, and had been lut of business for several years. All other suppliers I contacted either didn't respond or didnt have any left, and all with the same story that it was no longer available. I proceed to place my order, it was fulfilled and shipped that day with tracking details forwarded. As luck would have it there was a Fedex delivery problem for the order, nd after advising Architessa of the provide, a second duplicate order was shipped within an hour..AT NO ADDITIONAL COST AS THEY WOULD BEING PUTTING IN A CLAIM WITH FEDEX. The second order arrived as scheduled and I have my tile installed. I am so impressed with this level of service in a world where emails and numbers aren't shared and customer service has been sacrificed, I was so pleased to find a company that values customer service and personalized service. This is the best service I have had in 20 years......AND I LIVE IN CANADA!! this is the USA service I remember!
