Justin and J came out to Barriere today and installed our Arctic hot tub ,they were very professional and explained everything to the fullest extent.We are very pleased with our hot tub.I would highly recommend Justin and J way to go guys two very happy customers 🤗
Heath has been visiting us for about 8 years now. Heath with Sam did a great job on our hot tub again; we have been considering replacing our current tub but with these two’s knowledge and expertise our hot tub is now up and running how it should be! They have literally saved us thousands……

Kieran and Paul came out to move my hot tub ready to be delivered to my new house. They were really professional and overcame the obstacles that faced them without hesitation. Great job guys. I have had my attic spa for 5 years now and it was the best money I have ever spent. My husband didn’t know until the day of delivery. But he soon agreed it was an awesome well used purchase!
Our spa was bought from Rosebank Spa centre and has developed a fault warranty claim accepted by Artic spas but 12 months later still waiting repairs.
Artic spas warranty is all talk no action !
I purchased my hot tub from Arctic Spa in Colorado Springs, CO about a year ago and have had to reach out for service support a couple of times. Each time, the company has been very responsive in getting a technician out to address my maintenance needs. Today, I had an exceptional experience with a technician named Tony Nabors, who came out to winterize my hot tub. Tony was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is a fantastic representative of Arctic Spa and a true promoter of the Arctic Spa brand. I would like to request that Tony be the technician dispatched for any of my future repair or maintenance needs.
bought a spa in november 2023 for 13.000 euro, due to late delivery it was installed in februari 2024. Shortly after delivery we found out that the Spaboy was:
- slightly damaged during transport, and
- not working properly, and was sending wrong messages (Ph was high, while actually it was low, the same with the chloride level) now is it March 24 and still no repair, as the replacement part still did not arrive.
First it was 5 days to replace, tham 10, 15 etc. Although the local dealer is doin his best, Arctic Spa let him and me stand in the cold.
So after complaing to Arctic informed me last monday (March 19) that they found a solution nu UPS. The local dealer told me that in 24/48 hours the replacement would arrive. Now 5 days later …. Still no replacement.
In the meantime the inside of the spa feels like sand paper, full with calcium scale, I could not even clean it from the chrome parts.
Althought the local dealer checks the water condition now and than we do not use it at all.
My wife who wanted the spa in the first place does nor come near it again, as after a few baths we both smelled like showering in pure chloride, and our skin was irritated.
Arctic informed us the Spa was working properly after leaving the production line. So that is apparently the Arctic quality, as from installation it did not work.
We lost completely all fun in the Spa. And I never regretted a purchase so much as this one.
Friends who bought much cheaper hot tub (7.200 euro) receive much better service, maybe the quality is less according to Arctic, their spa is functioning while mine not. And to be honest I would like to put fire to the terrible thing.

Update April 24th.
The replacement part is installed end of March. We have not used the Spa yet as we are not in Spain, but now the app seems to function properly.
Although arctic spa seems to have fixed the problem, I would not advice to buy this spa, it took almost 2 months to replace the broken part of a new spa. This is simply not acceptable. For us it took all the fun out of our new SPA. Maybe in Canada it is a different story, but for Europe as long as they do not reorganize their service chain, they should not sell.
Update July 2nd. I must write after the long taking repair the Spa is much better to use. We do not smell anymore for a full day after chloride. So the fun is slowly returning, and the headache of this bad start fades slowly away..... but then..... the error codes start: (June 11th) ER14: Orp Not Responding to Production (ORP_NR), it seems the spa boy sensor is not responding to the production of choloride......
Ok I call the dealer and he comes by to solve the problem. Nice we can use it again.
Two weeks later: ER14: Orp Not Responding to Production (ORP_NR), again!
Well lets see how this soap will continue....
Update October 2025:
End of 2024 the light in the cupholder was containing water and did not work anymore.
After 3 months the light was repaired.
20 October 2025, we want to go intoe the SPA, but is was HALF EMPTY!!!
The SPA is leaking!!!! the water is now inside the SPA with all the machinery.
Canadian quality, its a complete disaster.
The spaboy salt system is amazing. I have experienced chemical hot tubs and while they do feel great there is nothing better then coming out smooth and not smelling like chemicals.
The jets are places in the spa so that they make sense. In fact the whole Summit hot tub I got makes so much sense with armrests and jets in all the right places.
I also didn’t notice an increase in my hydro bill. I was expecting a big increase in winter. I mean they say they are efficient in winter but wasn’t sure because my neighbor has a Jacuzzi and complains all the time that it costs him a lot of money to heat in The winter.
My whole family loves our Arctic spa!
Spa looks great!
Pros:
1) Hot tub looks really nice and appears to be built well.
2) Salesman was great with questions and changes to my order while making the purchase.
3) Salesman was very prompt in helping me fix a problem with heat probe that was not attached properly upon arrival and hot tub not starting.
Cons:
1) The SpaBoy was missing the ORP probe and I needed directions on how to properly install the ORP probe which had to be shipped to me after they realized it was never shipped (no directions came with product).
2) Heat probe was not attached to tubing which should have never come detached in shipping (not sure how it became detached).
3) Missing Parts: not everything was installed that I ordered from factory. As mentioned above, the SpaBoy was partially installed and the Cover Lifter was never installed; they shipped it to me for installation.
I would think that after spending $14,000 USD for this hot tub, everything would already be installed.
