I’d seen so many mixed reviews about Ardor Eyewear, but when I found the same sunnies I’d spotted elsewhere for nearly double the price, I figured it was worth a shot. And honestly—such a great decision!
At first, I thought the 10-day shipping sounded a bit long, but they kept me updated at every stage via email, which really reassured me. When I reached out to customer service (slightly impatient because I had a holiday coming up!), they responded quickly with clear and helpful communication. Even better—the sunnies arrived just two days later, right within the promised timeframe.
And the sunglasses themselves? Absolutely stunning. Now that I know I can trust Ardor, I’ll definitely be ordering again… probably more than one pair this time, so my credit card might not be too happy about it!

Sent to the wrong address a month ago. Currently waiting for royal mail to return, for a refund. Poor customer service. Not recommended.

I have ordered two pairs of Tiffany frames from this company and tbh cannot fault them. Communication was good and they delivered within the given time that they specified. When i queried the price as it was displayed cheaper on the internet i was immediately refunded the difference. I really cannot complain. I think this company have provided an excellent service and not ripped people off unlike some larger high street retailers.. Will do business again for sure. I ordered a pair of glasses for my holiday. They took almost 4 weeks to come arrived a day before my holiday when I opened the package they’ve sent the wrong ones.

Second time using Ardor for an order or Oakley Holbrook. First order too a while but eventually arrived. Currently waiting for a second pair I subsequently ordered and was told on 10th March that 'order was ready for delivery'....

Had ZERO update since and NO COMMUNICATION from my countless emails since.

Very close to contacting my bank for refund,which I know I'll get and Bank will recoup from Ardor, but I'd rather not.......seriously guys,you need MUCH better communication to retain a customer base!

Like many others I was attracted by the excellent price of the RayBans I ordered and concerned about “iffy” reviews.
However went ahead and told 10 working days for delivery.
Rec’d confirmation of order and several emails about order, progress, careful checking, etc; one last Sunday. Then it went quiet so I followed up , received a reply, then dispatch confirmation, then delivery on the 10th working day. Great sunnies with case. Ardor fulfilled the contract in the time stated so it’s got to be 5 stars!

Very slow delivery be warned. Ardoreyewear have responded sarcastically below, this only goes to show their customer service attitude. And as the rest of their reviews also show, I am not the only one to experience very slow delivery.

So, first of all: I got a really good price on my sunglasses, they’re genuine and all is well. But, the experience is a bit strange. I placed an order, and it says 10days delivery. Fine, however then followed several emails telling me how carefully the sunglasses are being prepared and packaged. Four emails over that period all saying the same thing, but none confirming that they were shipped. On day 10 there was still no hint of shipping, so I emailed got a very quick reply saying they would be posted that day, which they were and they arrived the next day. I just don’t really know why that took 10 days, unless of course they weren’t in stock when I bought them. Anyway, all’s well that ends well.

Slow service and a lot of unnecessary emails with conflicting information.
Ardor would benefit from bench marking other companies to see what good looks like.

They send you fake discount codes that don't work. They show other easter discount codes that don't work. They tease you with fake discounts then hope you'll just buy anyway.
Either you are serious about pleasing customers with good prices, or you are using standard scam tactics. Which is it?

Delivery said 10 days but took ages to wait. I waited for 3 weeks and still not yet sent out. Ridiculous stocking

Delivery said 'up to 10 days' don't believe this. No sunglasses and no sign of dispatch either. Also no reply to email chasing. Concerned and disappointed, don't trust this company! The reviews don't lie!

Delivery not the fastest but glasses arrived in the 10 days. Frames too small so returned and was refunded in a few days. Good service.

Shocking how bad!! Bought some Oakley M frames at a very good price.
Said ten working days?? Nope don’t believe them, they take your money and give you no information. After nearly twenty days still no news.
Don’t waste your time with this company.
Now waiting ten days for refund

Can I start by saying I was sceptical about this company based on their recent reviews. But I was pleasantly impressed with their communication and ongoing updates on my order. Well done 👏🏻
My order went in for prescription glasses on Sat 7th march and was informed of a 10 working day from my glasses/ lenses being complete. They were delivered promptly and I received them on Monday 16th march.
I even received a lovely email from Richard after I sent my email thanking him/them for my order. I will definitely recommend and use again.

I found this company very efficient to deal with. After reading some of the comments, I was slightly dubious but actually had no reason to be. They kept me informed from receipt of my order until delivery. I ordered Dolce & Gabbana frames and Ardor were a lot cheaper than other eyewear companies.From my experience, I would recommend.

Love the glasses which arrived today. Great price too. The delivery takes a while but Richard kept me updated through the process which was very good of him. A good experience and happy with my purchase. Will return again in the future

Ordered some Oakley Hip tone glasses but then advised they would be 4-8 weeks. I went ahead but they did arrive sooner within 4 weeks. Did send a follow up email to ask about adjusting them as they were slipping off, but unfortunately didn’t get a helpful response. I was able to sort them out thing so only a minor gripe. Would use again.

I'm not having a very good experience with Ardor Eyewear - I ordered Oakley frames only on 23rd Feb, they have still not been dispatched and I can get no information on why and when they will be sent. The same frames are still listed as being in stock on the web site so don't know what is going on.
I'm wondering whether Ardor actually hold any stock and rely on sourcing items after orders are taken?
Update: I still haven't heard anything from Ardor, but I have received a refund notication from Paypal less than 2 hrs after posting my initial review. So despite the frames still being advertised as available on their website they clearly aren't. This whole situation is very strange - it looks like I won't be out of pocket, but I've wasted over two weeks waiting for frames that Ardor presumably knew that they didn't have.
