I recently moved into a new property that needed quite a bit of work, with pipes running all over the place, a gas boiler to service, an unused gas hob, and even a gas meter positioned inconveniently. After doing some research and checking out their excellent website, I decided to contact Aren Heating & Plumbing company - and I’m really glad I did.

Nick and Ronan were both very helpful over the phone and via email from my initial contact through to booking, knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to talk through the options and next steps clearly. James, who carried out the work onsite, was equally impressive: professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does.

They completed a full boiler service, safely removed redundant gas pipework, and relocated the gas meter within the allowed limitations. Everything was done efficiently and to a very high standard, with safety clearly a top priority.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable gas and plumbing services, I’ve already booked them again for my next project, which says it all about the confidence I have in their work.

From the initial contact with Nick in the office, who was positive and supportive of my plight of a leaking valve on a 42-year-old boiler. He was unable to supply the part due to it being obsolete, but told me, if I could find the part, they would fit it. I found the part on Friday and the engineer came Monday morning.
Despite the boiler refusing to want to relinquish its old parts, David (engineer) persevered, (where many an engineer would have given up, and told me to get a new boiler). He even apologised for taking longer than expected!
At all times I felt respected as a woman, not patronised. Both David and Nick treated me with respect, politeness, kept me informed and did a great professional job in getting my ancient boiler running again and giving me heating and hot water.
