Mouldy buscuits met with lying and blaming it on retailers when it’s their reputation on the line. Customer service is really poor and questions are met with attitude and laughter.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots during the Jaunary sales. Sarah in the Dune concession was excellent. The store was really busy with lots of people asking for assistance and she was knowlageable, polite, efficient and friendly throughout the time I was in store.

Excellent customer service from Arnold’s. Prompt response to my query with explanation re delay in delivery of my order. I was very impressed. Well done

Lower your expectations if you think of buying furniture with Arnotts/BT..or prepare yourself for utter disappointment!

I have ordered 1 piece of furniture based on the fact that the listing said "4 weeks delivery". Today it's the 17th week I am waiting. Even with the bi-weekly (sometimes even more) messaging, texting and calling, there's ZERO communication about what the delay is or if this will ever be delivered.

I was promised half refund upon delivery for this utter and unbearable mess they created me and I am still waiting for both.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Arnotts/BT you are still in business because we keep spend money in your store - when you treat us as a problem, discarding our issues and don’t follow through with your obligations to us, we spend somewhere else and if we do believe that we won't be the only ones. Remember these numerous negative feedback when you cease to exist.

Raspberry Shortcake is one of my favourite biscuits however the latest pack quality control seems to have disappeared. The shortcake is overcooked and the quality is really poor

Just opened a packet of Chocolate Monte. Not the size the nor taste I remember. Sorry to say I will never buy a packet of Chocolate Montes again or maybe I will if you go back to the original recipe and size.

Absolutely love the taste and crunch of the Arnotts Flat Bread Dippers. Feta and Olive and Basil and Parmesan. Yummo!! My only complaint is every box I purchase 80% of the bickies are broken. Perhaps different packaging could be considered.

Arnott's biscuits are one of my favorite snacks since I was young. It suits my taste. It's not too sweet and just so perfect to munch on. Tim Tam will always be on the top of my list. It's also perfect to make an easy-to-make desserts with their products. Thumbs up to their goodies.
