Item not sent so cancelled
After waiting almost a week my order had still not even been dispatched - They were needed for a birthday gift so I emailed asking when I was likely to get them - no answer, emailed a few times after that and again no response - finally I asked to cancel and eventually got a reply - customer service is non existent - I would have been a regular customer each month as my current supplier is no longer selling but they have lost a client on my first order - look elsewhere as not reliable

To clarify the timeline for other customers, your order was placed late on a Friday night outside of business hours. Our standard processing and delivery window takes up to 5 working days. When you contacted us to cancel on the 2nd/3rd working day of that window, we immediately honoured your request and issued a full refund.
That said, we sincerely apologise for any communication gaps on our end that left you feeling unheard, especially since this was a time-sensitive birthday gift. We are actively working to improve our response times so this doesn't happen again.

Broken wax burner
The wax burner arrived smashed to pieces, which caused me to cut my hand whilst opening it. I have emailed with pictures, but have not received a response. It's been over a week.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
The wax melts only smelt nice for around 3 hours, then they started to smell like burning, the little glittery bits in the wax started to crackle and pop and covered my worktops in wax, when removing the wax from the burner after it had cooled it was crumbly and all burnt on the bottom, not like real wax, avoid this company

FRAUDSTER COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM!
Terrible company DO NOT ORDER from this company. Customer service is non existent!
Placed and paid for an order on the 12th May, and immediately email order confirmation. It is now 24th May and still no signs of my order. I have sent in 2 emails chasing where are my products and NOT received 1 reply to either email!
Wish I had done my homework on this fraudulent company before giving them my money and order, I would had seen I am not the only person with issues encountered through these scammers!!!!
