The salesman and installer knew their product
The salesman not only knew his stuff. He believed in the product. What sold us on this stairlift was the way the rail system sat on the steps. We use it everyday. No problems at this time.

Living Again!!!
Ethan & Isaiah were amazing! They worked the whole time they were here at my home. When they were done installing my stair lift chair, they explained everything to me and I fully understood it all. I had only a few questions, but they answered them all and then a few more. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. I really Love my lift and Greatly Appreciate them both and your company. I've been "living" in our living room and sleeping in my recliner for over a year and a half, because I cannot walk up our stairs anymore due to my health. Now, I can "live" again!!!!! Best Alternative for Conquering Stairs
My Wife and I decided it was time for a stairlift down to our basement. We gave Arrow Lift a call and within one day a representative came out and explained everything in great detail. We were then set up for our install within a week. The install was done beautifully and we are now very happy to have easy access to our basement❤️

Overall I'm very happy with the salesman and the insulation. The device does make some noise as a transfers over extensions on the base I'm sure it's probably nothing and I have been using it regularly and I'll have my new hip and I'm sitting up in the hospital it just took my first lock. Everything happened on time as…
Everything happened on time as scheduled. The installer knew what he was doing, explained what was going and and how to use the lift correctly. A few little fasteners were short but since the installer told me I was able to get him to the hardware store in town while it was still open. The only problem is that I have trouble fitting the cover over the sssear

Bruno Stair Lift
When we ordered our stair lift on 3/19/25 we were told they don't stock the unit, it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the unit and then installation within 1 or 2 days. On 3/20/25 we received a call that they had a unit in the warehouse and installation was scheduled for 3/21/25. The gentleman arrived to do the installation on 3/21/25 and after about 2 hours he had bad news. The chair he had was for installation on the right side and ours was on the left side. So, he left with the track installed awaiting a chair. We called a number of times to see when they expected to get the chair, but no one could give a good answer (evidently the person who normally does this was on vacation then sick). Installation was eventually completed on 4/10/25, 16 workdays after purchase. Most frustrating about this was the lack of communication from Arrow Lift, we could deal with installation about twice as long as "promised". After installation was completed we found some grease spots on the stair carpet and the unit seems noisy (like a "quiet locomotive). We are waiting a little longer to touch base with Arrow Lift about these things.
