I have not been able to go down to our basement where my washer and dryer is, also my freezer and our tv room. With the stair lift I can and it gives me a new sense of freedom.

Some good, some not so good
The salesman, Gary Nelson, had an easy manner to set us at ease about this big purchase. His comments made us feel that it was the right decision.
However, on the day of installation, the installer was late, with no notice. A call would have been nice so we wouldn't have been sitting here waiting for hours. The time was supposed to be 9:30. At 10:15 I called the company. They were to check in with dispatch and get back to me in 5 min. Nope. over 30 min. later there was a VM to say the installer was almost here, about the time he pulled in. Not cool. I asked if he got lost. His response "no, just some issues getting going this morning."

The installer was oin time # hours to install he had us try using lift giving my wife on using lift did some adjustment worked good we are happy wife has used about a week no prioblems.

The salesman was very nice, polite and informative. The installer was also very nice and polite. We were very happy with the service. And my husband loves the stair lift. Now I don’t have to worry about him, falling down the stairs.

The stairlift was installed as…
The stairlift was installed as scheduled and worked satisfactorially while the technician was there. Unfortunately, shortly after he left the unit start acting up. There were multiple beeps due to a low battery, and by the second day the unit would no longer move. Since this is a vacation home, we've had to reschedule another service call in November when we will be back here. Hopefully, the tech can resolve the problem (battery related) to we have a reliable means to the second floor of our cabin.
