Avoid this company-- ordered a hat. Stated to receive it in 7days. ordered on a Monday. 22 days later, no show. Emailed their customer service 5 times, inquiring and asking for a refund. Always the same response-- we have issued a ticket. Finally got my credit card company involved. I recommend avoiding purchasing from them. Bad customer service

Their customer service is awesome.
I've been dealing with them for years.
I don't shop for my exotic shoes nowhere else.

I am in the UK and bought some boots in March 2025 which I returned immediately on receipt as too small. I have been chasing this company since April and still have not received a refund despite several promises that it would be done. I believe this company are fraudulent and I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest anyone else do the same. They are a bad business. This has cost me approx $500 !!

I needed the shoe by a certain date. It was annoying that know one replied to my messages to let me know when the shoes would arrive. However, the good news is shoes arrived in time. Otherwise, my resting would have been 5 stars.

Bought a pair of shoes from Arrowsmith and couldn’t be happier. The quality is top-notch, super comfortable, and they look even better in person. Although it was an international shipping, it was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend Arrowsmith. Will definitely buy again!

Arrowsmith Shoes is NOT TO BE TRUSTED and seemly a internet SCAM! Reasoning: I placed an order 4 June 2025, the funds taken 5 June 2025 and as of 11 July 2025, I HAVE NOT received item ordered nor funds returned. After several attempt(s) via customer service number listed on the site and no answer, a email was sent only to receive a "canned" responses ... ex: 1. you order has been received and being processed. 2. trust we will update your order status once shipped. 3. our warehouse has relocated and inventory is array. None of which seems valid for not answering the phone, returning a call or returning funds drafted 5 June 2025. So once again BEWARE!

UPDATE (7/15/2025):
Reached customer service via email and received a prompt response, stating tariff-related issue impacted the shipment. Requested a FULL REFUND and have to see what happens.

LATEST UPDATE (10/31/2025)
After several emails with responses of a REFUND. I received a reply from Adam ( 10/24/2025) that my issue was escalated for an immediate response. Allow 24hrs to investigate what went wrong. I received the purchased item 10/30/25. Item was as advertised. Would I purchase again from them and that answer is NO. Would I recommend them and that answer is NO. Do what you want and hopefully you have a better experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would because that is what they deserve. Like many others on here the return process is horrible. I have been fighting with them for months to get a return and still have not received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They tell you over and over it is being taken care of and then never happens, they dodged calls and I could never get through but when I call back through a different number they conveniently answered with some excuse about the phone lines. It is just one thing after another with this company.

The quality of the shoes is aligned with price range and worth to have one.

I am impressed the shoes is comfortable to wear and rocking in style. Just amazing.

I ordered cowboy boots with taxes and shipping included. I waited two weeks to receive them with consistent tracking ( shipping to France ) . Today I am very satisfied with my purchase the boots are very beautiful.

Delivery arrived in pretty good time and the boots were exactly as they should have been. The tracking process for my UK delivery wasn't quite so good, some tracking links were provided late or for previous stages of shipping so not always the most helpful, timely or confidence inspiring but none of that matters once the delivery arrives. All things considered I would absolutely recommend Arrowsmith Shoes.

Same experience as most. They keep a huge amount of your money AFTER you pay $$ to ship their products back. Been chasing them to actually receive the credit to my card for weeks with no success. This company sucks and should not be in business.

BUYER BEWARE ~ They are by far the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. They do not send out the correct product and getting a refund is simply not going to happen unless you pay by credit card and do a CHARGE BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY

Dishonest company! We got the run-a-round for well over a year stating covid shipping delays. We called and emailed countless times. They don't respond. Don't acknowledge there is a problem. Certainly have never attempted to resolve the issue with a refund or shoes. They're criminals and steal money!

SCAM!!!! Customer service is horrible; I have been fighting for the return for months. We sent everything back the way they requested, and they still need to give us a return. I will never use this company again!

We received first class service from Arrowsmith shoes. Excellent quality leather boots and a very fast turn around and delivery to England, even over the Christmas holiday. We will definitely use them again.

Ordered a pair of shoes 11 days ago and they have not been shipped yet. Have sent emails but they do not reply. Have asked Paypal to cancel transaction and refund my money.

Should be ZERO stars. I returned a pair of shoes on 4/5/21. Package was delivered to them on 4/10/21, but they neglected to mark it as received until 4/16/21. They then said that I must wait another 10 days from "receipt" date for my refund. As of today it has been 13 days and STILL no refund. You can't reach anyone by phone (get message that they're busy serving other customers and to leave a VMS), and so can only communicate by chat, which is BS. They give you the runaround, I guess hoping that you won't pursue it any further. Well, I WILL be pursuing it further. They now have the shoes that I returned AND my money. This is not how any legitimate company does busniess. BUYER BEWARE!
