The art arrived quickly and was very well packaged! I love the piece I purchased and will continue to order from art.com.

The box arrived open and dented. The posters were slightly damaged.

Bought a clipper ship Flying Cloud print. The right side half inch was distorted. My framer said they took a picture of the image while still inside a book. If they removed the page and took the picture while it was "flat" nobody would know. Framer will cover up distorted area with mat.

Bit on the pricey side already and then $65 shipping is only complaint. Quality of product excellent.

Ordering was easy. Delivered on time. Whoever assembled my picture, however did a poor job. The paper on the back was very sloppy and had to be trimmed. There was a chip out of the corner of the frame, and it appears they tried to hide it with a sticker. Fortunately for me the picture is being placed in.a corner and not noticeable in the space that I put it so I kept the picture. I didn’t want to deal with a return. I’m not sure I will order from here again. The funny part is the assembler signs their name to picture.. personally I would’ve been embarrassed to send this out to a paying customer.

A beautiful print. The Magpie will be a reminder of the coldest winter that I have experienced. One can almost feel the severe cold this poor bird can withstand.

Print should have Been packaged in a protective cardboard roll within the box. Print was wrinkled.

My purchase was a large sized picture on a stretched canvas. The picture was delivered at the stated time and due to proper packaging, in perfect condition. Choosing an oversized option, I was a little nervous that the quality of the image might not be up to par. No need to worry. I'm very happy with my beautiful picture.

The product was excellent and the packaging that it was shipped in was great.
