I placed my order mid July with an expected delivery date at the end of August. Around the time my item was due to be dispatched I tried to contact the seller to see if there was an updated delivery date. I emailed, messaged via Shop pay, sent a dm on instagram and even commented on a post and did not receive a single reply. I did eventually receive my order at the beginning of October. Over 6 weeks after the expected delivery date! The non existent communication would stop me from recommending buying anything from this business.

I ordered here last year Sept. 2025 but never came. I tried to reach out many times through email but no response, no action from the site who's letting this seller do they're scamming. And now you dare to pop up on my notification asking how's my order!?

i never received my necklace … I was supposed to receive it back in November 17 , 2025… I sent an email asking where my item was and I never got a response…. Which was very rude. I would like an explanation on where my order is and if I can just get a refund.

Waited over a year to recieve order, then got an email stating it has been dispatched however still not recieved anything despite it having been 10 days since email. Having paid a lot of money I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, communication and response to my queries.

This order took extremely long to come. I ordered on July 13th, and was told it was meant to come between 17th August to 23rd August. When those days come, I had not heard any update on that day or the days previously except for one which came on the day I placed my order (July 13th). I try and reach out on their Instagram which they haven't even seen up to this day that I am writing it on so I end up disputing the transaction with my bank and get a temporary refund. Then, around mid September, I get an update on my order and eventually they gave it. The custom bangla necklace was nice but definitely not worth the wait. I had to also reach out to my bank and tell them myself about the delivery as I knew ArtbyZakia would not look at my messages let alone even answer despite posting on Instagram frequently.

I placed my order back in April. It is now June 29, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. The total lack of communication is appalling; I’ve received zero updates, and my inquiries via e-mail/Instagram are being completely ignored. This is hands-down the worst service I have ever experienced. Save your money and stay far away from this company — they are utterly unreliable and unprofessional.

I placed my order in April and was expected to receive my order by June 6 according to the details I received when ordering the item. It is now June 17 and I have not received my item. I also paid the customs amount which was not clarified upon purchase of the item, this is over and above what I initially paid, and I still haven’t received my order. I am very disappointed with the service as you get no response or updates on where your item is. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered 2 months ago the order was super late and there was no intimidation given to me. It was super inconvenient and when i emailed and asked to the website chat it about the same there was no response. The delivery has also not been done yet.

Horrible communication radio silence and after 3 months still didn’t get what i ordered and had to get refund through my bank.

I did not receive the product - i ordered a silver bracelet. I placed the order in December and it is now going to be May. This company has stolen my money. I tried emailing and communicating with the seller many times but got no response. This seller is a scam, never buy from there.

Total SCAM. Ordered back in November and never received the product or replies regarding my order. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY. Terrible customer communications.

Don't order from this person. She provides no updates and doesn't even ship your order. I ordered something as a graduation gift and it didn't come at all and it's been 7 months now. No matter how many times I reach out through email, instagram dm and tiktok she just doesn't respond. She's taking people's hard earned money and not giving the product.

Worst of the worst never received my order
