I can't tell you how gorgeous this print is.the quality of the print and frame are amazing.

Lovely picture and it came framed! The other big name wall art companies make you frame it yourself so this means I’ll be coming back for my next ones!

Ordered 3 prints from Artesta on the same order, 1 arrived but the other 2 still haven’t arrived over a week later! Emailed them a couple of times to ask them to re-send as they had obviously gone astray, but they are still “looking into it…”

Returns are made so difficult that I gave up. This is probably their intention. Pictures ok but nothing special. Customer service appalling, just generic emails time after time, utterly frustrating. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered as it stated delivery was 24-72hrs which gave a day spare as I am moving house. I also emailed them 3 mins after I placed the order and told them I needed the order before Saturday as I was moving house and they said they would hurry dispatch. It is now Friday and they have finally given me a tracking number which says it hasn't moved since Wednesday evening and RM are expecting it!! I have now emailed them 3 times and they just keep repeating the tracking number and have now said it will be 24-72 hrs for delivery. I don't know why they don't understand the part in every email I have sent that says 'I am moving house on Saturday morning and will not be there to accept a parcel after this date' - they just ignore it and repeat the same useless information. I wish I'd never ordered! I had earmarked other pictures I wanted to buy but no way will I order from them again!

Very happy with my pictures! I’ll admit I’d ordered them before checking on here and I started to get nervous very quickly. But I was able to get hold of the customer service team within 24 hours and my pictures arrived less than a week later, well-packaged and good quality. Thank you!

I have just purchased several framed prints for my bedroom and took advantage of the discount offered so great value. They actually arrived a couple of days after placing the order and was very impressed with the quality. Great choice.

Ordered a frame and website reported payment had not been processed, so ordered again.
Then it turned out the original order had been processed, so I tried to cancel, but too late.
Both frames arrived and I was told I have to pay for the return delivery, despite the website error and me reporting the issue straight away.
