UPS delivery major problem
I have yet to install the mirror but there was a whole ORDEAL with UPS, one of the most unprofessional delivery companies ever. First of all, their policies do not require the drivers to notify you that they have a package, note that on their website, when tracking the package, it was not showing as out for delivery, so I had no way of knowing that it was going to arrive that day. When I called UPS and complained that I specifically asked on your website to be notified 1 hour in advance of the delivery so I could get home, they said it was Artforma's fault for not selecting an option which allows sending SMS/emails regarding package delivery and that either way they don't notify people one hour in advance. It took 3 days and about 8 calls for the package to finally be delivered. You must change to a different delivery company because there is absolutely no way that I will ever deal with UPS again.

I really like the look of the mirror
I really like the look of the mirror, but am disappointed that I can't see the time when the mirror light is on. I also would love to know when the defrost is turned on - I am not sure if I have turned it on or if I need to hit the button again. I am really hoping that there is a solution for the clock because otherwise really what is the point of getting the clock in the mirror?

Would you be so kind and tell us how did you connect this item to the power supply? Did you use a switch on the wall instead on the mirror? When you use the switch on the wall instead the one mounted in your mirror, then you cut the power from the mirror and that is why the clock does not work. Would you be so kind and response to our message on email? We sent you more details.

The mirror is of medium quality but not great, the price should be a little lower.
Customer care services could improve comunication, at least in Romania.
