DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a beige men's shirt for our wedding and they sent PINK. In order to get a refund, they told me to mail it back but, informed me that it would cost me the same amount as the shirt ($50) to send it to China. When I refused to do that, they asked for a photo and argued with me that said pink shirt was not actually pink-it was just the lighting in my photo. I am so frustrated with online companies like this who take your money and then won't do the right thing and just issue a refund when it is due.

The products I received were nothing like what was advertised on the website. The photos suggest premium, well-made clothing, but what arrived was poor quality with cheap materials and a finish that fell well below expectations.
The sizing is also nowhere near standard. Items were significantly smaller than the labelled size, making it almost impossible to order with confidence.
What has been most concerning is the return process. It’s unnecessarily difficult, with customers expected to chase the company for return instructions and pay for return shipping. I’m still waiting to see if I’ll actually receive my refund.
Overall, the business gave me the impression of being a drop-shipping operation rather than the premium clothing brand it presents itself as. The marketing and the products I received simply did not match.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Arthur Hendon. Read independent reviews carefully before purchasing.

I got my order a month and a half later. I ordered shoes and they look like a child’s they are tiny and narrow. The quality of materials used is not as described, cheap and not worth $40.00. Shoes remind me of flea market finds.
I asked for address for return and refund they wanted pictures of the shoes next to my feet. Then after asking for more pictures I told them they do not fit. After waiting they gave me a choice of getting 15% back or sending back the shoes to China they said would cost $40.00.
This is a Chinese company pretending to be something it’s not and after all of that they’re still trolling me by sending stupid ads lying about Arthur having dreams of creating clothing and shoes.

Absolutely trash quality of sneakers. They weren’t shipped in a box. They’re basically white labeling items from SHEIN.

I read the size chart and I ordered a women's raincoat in size Large. After a 14 day wait, I finally received the coat. The coat had been shipped from China. Its shipping label said it was men's clothing which was incorrect. The raincoat was so small that I couldn't button the front of the coat.
I emailed support@arthurhendon and requested a return shipping label. Their first reply offered a replacement. I replied that I needed a return label. They responded that I should send photos of myself holding up the coat. Also the photos should not be attachments, but should be pasted inside the email.
After sending the photos in an email, I received a duplicate message asking for photos again. I responded with another email insisting on full refund.
Here is their exact explanation of their shipping policy:
