I am experiencing significant complications with an order placed a couple months ago. It was for Halloween flowers, which were allegedly being delivered in by October 20. Sales has been replying to my emails only to my dismay. They keep telling me it will be here and when I go to track it according to their number I have no tracking info. they will not consent to a refund!!! I’m alerting the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.

I have just read all the reviews and do not understand why they will not return customers money. This is illegal and emergent for them to comply!!!

I ordered these Real Feel roses in white on 9/23/25. I received them 10/15/25. So place your order with plenty of time to spare. They arrived 2 days before I needed them for a wedding. So I was nervous and bought other flowers as a back up. But it turns out the Real Feel Roses made it on time. I will return the back up roses I bought. With that said and crisis averted…. The Real Feel Roses are just BEAUTIFUL. You cannot tell they are fake, so they are well worth the money. I should also say that I did send a message that I was concerned about the flowers not being delivered in the time frame as described in the ad. They did respond so I guess that is good. But in the end, things worked out for me. Would I order again…. Yep but with plenty of time to spare.

I orderd artificial flowers in August for a September bridal shower that has since passed. The flowers never came, but they surely took my money. They have a posting on their site about being behind on orders due to staffing issues and ware house issues. That is not my problem. Do not take peoples money or orders if your business in not in order. You continue to take money and fail to deliver any product. You need to stop taking orders and get your act together. Several of us have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office in the city where your products come in into the united states. If your warehouse in the USA is shut down, then you cannot function. But you are not going to be allowed to take money anymore from people and fail to send the merchandise. That is criminal and fraudulent. This company is Fraudulent. Order your flowers in the USA. You can get beautiful live ones from Sams club and Trader Joes. They are fresh , beautiful , affordable and they arrive within 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FOREIGN FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I am still trying to get my money back.

I ordered silk flowers with expedited shipping. Did not receive it. Wrote to them. Half the order was out of stock. I inquired about the rest of it. They canceled the entire order. Unreliable merchant; unhappy consumer.

I love the flowers I ordered from Artificialmerch.com. They were the yellow Spring Vemicia Fordii Flower Branches. It did take longer to receive them than I expected, however, they were worth the wait. I have ordered some additional purple flowers. I'm sure they will be as beautiful.

I contacted them weeks after placing my order. They gave excuse after excuse as to why the flowers haven’t shipped. I then requested a refund. Gave me the runaround for 7 weeks promising a refund. Never happened!! Save yourself a major headache and do not order from this company.

This company did not ship to my home, and when I informed them; they did not adhere to their policy of 100% guarantee or replacement or refund. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! A complete scam. I am also having trouble with Discover obtaining a refund! Very disgusted. Glad I spent less than $30.00. Stick with Amazon

I had a very good experience with Artificial Merch. They got back to me right away when I asked a question and my flowers came in a timely manor.

Complete scam. No items delivered and no response to several emails. Check their Facebook page - lots of similar complaints. They should be shut down.

When I participated in the exhibition, I decorated my both with these faux lilies and irises, attracting a huge number of visitors! Many people came to inquire about products and exchanged contact information. This exhibition was very rewarding!

I ordered $60 almost 2 months ago, never received them, fot a receipt then took it away, refused to answer any emails. When you send them one it says they are too busy to respond so it will take a while to get back to you but NEVER did. On the website the reviews go back years but when you look up when this site was registered and it says 2025 so it makes no sense!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, because you won't get your products!!!

I would not give them any stars. I placed an order on March 28, 2025. I have not gotten anything from them. My inquiries have gone unanswered and I am out over $65.

I ordered flowers on May 18 for my wedding and never received a tracking number. I emailed them 4 times, reached out on social media, and never received a response. They just took the money and never delivered the products. This is a scam. Now I have to attempt to dispute the charge with PayPal, which is extremely time consuming considering the volume of my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers through Klarna for our kitchen table on May 2nd 2025. It’s now June 5th 2025. I emailed them but haven’t heard from them at all. I guess if they are one of those filthy thieves I probably won’t see my product or a refund🙄🙄

Artificial Merch is a scam website. I placed two orders one April 22, 2025 and May 5, 2025 and never received a shipping date or the merchandise. I disputed the charges to my PayPal account is was refunded for one of my orders. They finally responded to my emails about my second order, telling me it will be delivered by June 15, 2025, but, yeah I will wait on that. I plan to dispute the second order if my merchandise does not arrive on June 15th.

Do not order from this company. It will take more than a month to receive your product. I ordered on May 3rd and I still haven't received my order. Also, no one responds to your emails and you can't leave a review.

Should be ZERO stars!!! Put my order in March 4,2025. No flowers have been delivered and it's now May 29, 2025. Have made contact with them a dozen times and have heard nothing back. This company is nothing but thieves!!
