Scam-

Placed an order on December 10th for over $400 and have not received product and zero response to my many emails! My attorney just emailed for fraudulent activity and they are to reply within 5 days. If no response- will result in further legal action, including potential litigation to recover damages and pursue appropriate remedies under applicable laws.

Do not order from this site. If I could give this site zero stars I would. I placed an order 12/28/2024. I received an email confirming my order and then that was it. I never received my order. I have emailed twice, reached out on their online form, tried to chat, reached out on Facebook messenger and still not one word from any one at the company. I have no idea if I will ever see my products or receive a refund for the $76.79 I spent.

Do not use this company, Artificial Merch

Do not use this company. I placed 2 orders, received a confirmation email on the 14th and 16th of January. I have sent several emails requesting status of shipment. I have received nothing in return. I attempted the chat yesterday morning in which they say that they will respond immediately. 24 hours later today and still no response. I don't believe the product exists.

To provide a quick update about order #16769 placed on January 14th in the amount of $83.34 and #16687 placed on January 16th in the amount of $24.95. I have received NOTHING! No response, no email, no text, or chat on their website, no tracking info, and NO PRODUCT! This company is a scam and nothing more than cyber pirates. Do not purchase anything from them.

UPDATE - Email received March 19th, 2025 Advised I have not received a tracking number as of yet or a shipping notification. Today is April 6th, 2025 and I am still waiting for the items ordered and a tracking number.

Nearly 3 months later and I have received just 1 email over 2 months after the purchase with a promise to receive the items ordered in January 2025 by April 10th, 2025. Today is the 17th of April and still no product or email update from this company.

Today is May 7th, 2025 and still no flowers from this fraudulent company or refund. I finally spent $323.35 on Prestige Botanicals for basically the same order and found the remainder of my order on Etsy. The quality of Prestige Botanicals real touch flowers is absolutely amazing! Prestige Botanicals is prompt as I received my order 4 days after ordering. The Etsy order is in route. Yes I did pay more but the quality is great and the flowers are gorgeous. DO NOT ORDER FROM ARTIFICIAL MERCH. They are nothing but thieves and a fraudulent company.

4/18/25 e-mail - Artificial Merch apparently has only one employee.

This is obviously a company outside of the United States. In this country when items are purchased the law requires the company to follow through with delivery. In the United States it is against federal law for a company to not deliver on a timely basis items that have been purchased, especially when there are specific delivery promises or if no delivery timeframe is specified. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has rules in place to ensure prompt delivery of goods ordered through mail, internet, or phone. I think it is time to notify the FTC about Artificial Merch to prevent this fraudulent activity from continuing to occur.

They took my money and never sent my product for my upcoming wedding. I am so disappointed and hurt. Now out $360.24. No flowers for my wedding or money to get others. I've sent chats, emails and no responses.

Loved the idea…but I think it’s a scam

Love the idea of this website and their products but not sure if it is trustworthy. I placed an order on 1/16 and got a confirmation email. I have emailed multiple times for an update on order #16790. I have not received an email back and have closely watched my spam and junk inboxes as the website suggests but have received no communication. I would love to have confirmation and confidence that I will be receiving my items within the next month or so, I look forward to using their products for my wedding.

I will update this accordingly.

UPDATE** don’t order from here. It is a scam. I never received any communication back on updates about the order and it is past when I should have received my order.

I ordered flowers two months ago on 27th November 2024. When I didn't receive any shipping information, I contacted the company on 6th January 2025. They did not respond. I emailed them again on 13th January, 18th January and 23rd January. I have not received any responses.

Unreliable company. I wasted my hard work money!

I ordered a large order of flowers various variety on December 02, 2024. My expe ted day of delivery was January 10th. I placed an order on 1/2 and got a confirmation email of the order, paid for expedited shipping and I haven't heard anything since. Order #16242. No communication, no product

Placed a $250CAD order, for an upcoming wedding, on Nov 29th. Reached out through email multiple times and have heard nothing back. I've emailed, sent a message through Shop, and now through PayPal. **UPDATE! finally got a response and they said they would give a refund and said it would take 2 weeks. I’ve waited well beyond the 2 weeks**

I RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS BUSINESS!

No response after multiple emails! I ordered once before from this company and it took a month to receive my order after purchasing an expedited shipment. Since then they offered me a $20 in store credit, in my opinion that’s not great! Then against my judgment I ordered again on Oct 31st. Again late to deliver! I reached out a month ago and they responded that it would be delivered on Dec 20th now it’s the 30th and I have tried to reach out at least 7 times and nothing!

Thank you for meeting the challenge

We had a challenge up here in Canada because we are in the midst of a country wide mail strike. The was a challenge because the carrier Artificialmerch usually uses to deliver products their products in Canada is Canada Post. The company bent over backwards to successfully deliver to product to us not only in perfect condition but on time! They kept in touch with us every step of the way. Thank you ever so much.

Your site should be shut down

I’m still missing $30.10 of my refund.

Also, the fact that your site is still up is disgusting.

I wanted my flowers. If your website is still functional and still selling the items that I ordered in JULY, it stands to reason that you could’ve just sent me my order.

Please send me the rest of my refund.

And, anyone else out there, do not order from this company if you actually want to receive the goods that you paid for. Even if you’re willing to wait, five months you still won’t receive them.

And, they’ll try to short change you on your refund.
