It didn’t work for chipping like I was told and it wasn’t the easiest to splice either. Other than that the putting is fairly true and I like the color I picked out.

I installed the 40 thread carpet-very realistic. Sales dept checked in on me every month until I ordered but weren’t pushy about it and answered all my questions. Great price for the quality I received, transportation company knew exactly how to get a large roll off the truck without a fork lift. Now my neighbors are commenting on how great my yard looks.

A pleasure the whole time
Working with Kyle was a pleasure. He helped me with a smaller turf/landscaping project that I’m working on and was very attentive to my needs. He was quick to reply and make changes to my quote based on my input but as well as items he suggested himself which was very useful. I received a box of samples which helped me narrow down my choices and they arrived shockingly quick! Overall I had an extremely pleasant experience with the company and Kyle and his excellent salesman-ship.

Attentive and helpful
Kyle Boyd was extremely responsive to my emails and was really attentive to my case. He sent out samples, reached out to get a quote on my project and was very cordial. My project didn't end up working out, but I'll definitely go to Artificial Turf supply when I work it out with the wife!

The product was good as expected
The product was good as expected, and all parts arrived in the shipment. However, it was painful dealing with the shipping company that they use. We were promised delivery on three different occasions, only to be let down. Phone calls were not returned either. Eventually it got delivered, but if this company wants to have satisfied customers, they need to address the shipping issues.
