Just a heads up, make sure you know your genre before you buy. I make hard rock/metal, and while they definitely got me the streams I paid for, the playlists felt a bit too broad. Just generic 'rock'... Mehr ansehen

Quality playlist placements

Got placed in 12 playlists within a week. My streams went from a few hundred to over 20,000 in a month. They actually deliver what they promise

Do not use if you're a metal act

Do not use if you're a rock or metal act. The playlists they added me to are full of songs from completely different genres. The streams aren't worth it if you get put into algorithm jail. They have you pay extra to get put on a genre specific playlist in addition to the other random stuff they put you on, which I did. And the genre specific playlist called "riffs, energy, and octane" or something had several low key indie folk songs?? No hate to any of the other artists on these playlists, I don't don't think any of us are benefitting from being associated with each other in the algorithm. We'll get our streams, but Spotify won't know how to recommend our music to anyone else.

ArtistRack and other Promo Services is NOT WORTH IT

I used ArtistRack four times to promote my songs. But 2 out of 4 songs were flagged by Spotify as botted. My highest streamed song, with over 211k streams, was completed removed. Then my lightly streamed, 38k song received a strike on my account (according to Distrokid). So, 3 strikes and you are out. Therefore, I will not be using them again. It's just not worth it. You don't blow up; you just have streaming numbers based on the package you bought. Once your 4 weeks are over, your song will flatline. No repeat listener. Maybe that what gets Spotify attention.

I’ve promoted a few songs through…

I’ve promoted a few songs through ArtistRack’s Spotify promotion service, and the experience has been excellent. Their playlists are authentic and free of bots, and their support team is always responsive. They consistently deliver streams as advertised, and on the rare occasion a campaign underperforms, they promptly address and resolve the issue when contacted. The promotion helped my songs reach a wider audience, resulting in more saves, playlist adds, and even new followers.

The artist right up that they give you…

The artist right up that they give you is pretty good however my Spotify account was audited and I was informed that the playlist that they put me on was a botted playlist. So if I were you I was still away from them it's hard to find honest people in this business to help the musicians

Worth every penny!

I opted for the featured placement package, and it was worth every penny. My song was featured on their front page and shared on their social media, reaching a whole new audience. I've received positive feedback and even secured a few gigs as a result.

Artistrack are bots !! Do not use this service!! Spotify flagged all my music I used Artistrack to promote and took them down ..
It’s devastating

Botted Traffic

Just received notification that one of my songs was botted, the song in question was only promoted through Artistrack. Avoid at all costs...Save your money and run ads!

In regards to Artist Rack following up below. It really wasn’t worth my time or energy and have found better ways to market without getting rapped over the knuckles from Spotify!

Artistrack will get you banned from Spotify

UPDATE 9 // 12 // 2024

This is absolutely laughable. It took your company 2 years to respond to me. During that subsequent 2 YEARS Artistrack has never compensated me on any level nor do they intend to.

My band is Alkalimetry you can look us up on Spotify. We went from 32k monthly listeners a month down to maybe 2 or 3.

You'd think that if those streams were legit we'd still have at least 10 residual listeners after being pulled off the platform, having to rework our songs because the ISRC# for each song was tainted because ArtistRack uses BOTS to boost your songs.

What a complete joke and sham of a company. After doing the work to get back on Spotify, I find it very hard to believe that no one out of the 32k people a MONTH were interested in our music anymore.

But I could be wrong perhaps 32k people listening and enjoying our music all decided to stop listening at the same time.

I just can't get over the fact that 2 years you're actually going to try and say, "well I guess we fixed the issue."

Give me a break.

Artistrack do better. Do all of these artist a favor and junk your website. It's nothing but a scam.

2 years later and you haven't changed nor will you ever.

DO NOT USE ARTISTRACK

Artistrack will get you streams on spotify but once you hit one million all of your music will be pulled.

My band went from 30k monthly listeners to now zero with none of my music available to play on spotify anymore.

Do not use artistrack. They use bots according to Spotify.

The worst is once you hit a million streams you're supposed to get a paycheck from 2k -8k dollars, from ad revenue.

If you use artistrack you'll spend roughly 2k - 4k to hit a million then spotify will completely rip you from their platform.

They ARE a scam

They ARE a scam.
Upon reading all the reviews (which are most likely been bought buy themselves) I decided to give them a go on two occasion. Since I am a small artist I could not afford multiple promotional services so I sticked with Artistrack alone. Long story short 2 months later I received an email from my distributor stating that my account has been flagged for suspicious artificial streaming manipulation. Emails back and forth, asrtistrack refused to take accountabilty explaining that because my tracks made it to other playlists (which was organic not paid promo) they most likely be the cause of the account investigation. 2 weeks down the line and I just received an email form Landr (my distributor) stating that all my tracks have been pulled off of all streaming platforms and on top my account has been cancelled. 6 months of work down the drain. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from them.

They are a scam

They are a scam. They charge you for promotion and get you streams but when the check comes you get nothing because they use bots. Don't waste your time and energy. I was able to get my money back once I submitted a complain to my bank with all the evidence... I am open to share all this information.. btw they posted on their website that I am fake.. the only fake things are the streams you get with them.

Don't Do Multiple Orders!

They took my money weeks ago and sent me an email saying my music was supposed to in the sponsored artist section today which didn't. The Spotify playlist seem very botted as well.
