Extremely happy with the kind of support I get from their support team, who are prompt and quick to respond to all my queries. The Artium app is very good, with good interface and ease of use. Few musical instruments integrated into the app is very useful. The tutor too is patient in teaching and helps me in understanding the concepts. They were very considerate when I couldnt attend classes due to personal problems and health issues.

Awesome learning by Artium Academy. The total package is so complete, you won't miss a thing! Also the teachers are very friendly and you really learn from the basics until advanced stuff. The app and the website are also very nice made. So if I had to chose once again, I would definitely do this again!

Scheduling and rescheduling classes is very easy. The app is user-friendly, even for an 8-year-old, and features like inbuilt tanpura, tabla, and class recordings make practice simple and effective.

They also provide great opportunities through showcases and community features. The support team is very helpful and responsive.

I have been learning Telugu Film Music and Classical Carnatic music with Artium Academy from more than a year. It's been a great experience so far. My experience has been great. Teachers are awesome being patient and very helpful.

Had scheduled a demo class. No instructor joined the class; we were simply waiting for someone to join, but no communication.

For the first 10-15 minutes, they will keep running their promotion in the name of a demo class.

Later someone called and said that the instructor was facing the technical issue and they wanted to reschedule the class.

I firmly denied accepting any demo class, as if they do not have a system in place to inform the parent in time for technical issues, then what would the experience be later?
