Ordered in November, still waiting in December. No updates. They also charged me more than advertised. Dodgy company.

Scam company DO NOT USE.

months for dispatch and now dispatching to the US not UK! I doubt very much I’ll get my money back!

A month after my order was placed they haven't even processed it yet and when I contact them they give me standardised answers like 'We're not responsible for logistics time...'

Dreadful company - do not buy anything from them. I waited for over a month and nothing arrived. Completely ripped off by them and am now in dispute with PayPal and my bank to try and get the money back.

Appalling !This site is a scam, its not from the USA its from China. I ordered an Advent Calendar in October and its not December 7th , nothing arrived .. I asked for a refund on several occasions and have not had a response. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I'm now having to dispute through Paypal.

Should be 0 stars! Ordered beginning of October and have still not received anything. When I contacted them they 'resent' my order, this was 3 weeks ago. Was told on numerous occasions that they could not refund my money as the order had been sent. I have now received my money back through contacting my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BE CAREFUL, THEY CHARGE EXTRA TO YOUR CARD

My order total came to £11.70 yet when I checked my bank they had charged an extra £3.
Customer services send me responses that sound like they are automatic and I have not received a refund despite sending screenshots of the order total (incl postage) and the actual charge.

Ordered October still not received. Contacted them after checking tracking showing in Edinburgh. Still not arrived end November so requested refund. Informed by them that refund cannot be given because the product is on its way. I will not hold my breath. Agree with all reviews not a good company to deal with. I will in future check reviews before buying.

Scam company - AVOID! Order hadn’t arrived and no contact in first 12 days. On checking credit card, more had been taken than originally bought for so not obvious it was this company! Contacted credit card company and now going through fraud process to get money back. I will be using Trustpilot from now on!

Gifts ordered in September and still not here 21 November even though tracking says it has been in the UK since 20 October. I got an email reply to my query to say they had asked the courier to expedite the delivery but I’m not confident they’ll ever arrive.

UPDATE: Placed order 25th September 2025. As at 20th Nov, no delivery, and when I chase, I get the same message that they will re-send. Requested refund - all goes silent. But miracles happen, and this morning the items arrived (21st Nov) and are as ordered. Yippee!

Ordered on 28 September 2025. Items still not received by 17th November. Requested a refund but all emails ignore my request and just state they have re-sent and yo expect delays. I advised the order was a gift and that it is now too late but the company obviously does not want to pay the refund.

I ordered a remote control set of three construction mini items. Only one arrived individually wrapped and they are trying to tell me all were delivered. They were not delivered under the tracking number. I think it's a scam you pay for the set but get one. Rip off at £19.99 and waited 6 weeks.

If I could it would get no stars . My purchase never came . I asked for a refund they said they send my order again , that has never come . It was £18 but very annoying and how many other people are buying stuff and not getting it .

Christmas Bauble arrived dented and cracked paid £26 offered me no return and £2 compensation, I went back to them finally offered me £7 compensation. Please DO NOT order from this company. They came up on my Instagram, product also didn't look anything like the advert - AVOID at all costs complete scam and horrible to deal with

Bought a Christmas crochet angel kit. No pattern inside. The company offered £8 of my £26 back. Refusing to let me return it for a full refund. Be aware when buying from this company. They dont care about consumer rights
