5 floors up so beware.

Do not forget your belongings, they will not keep it for you but keep it to themselves.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e situato in una posizione davvero strategica. La metropolitana è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, rendendo gli spostamenti in città molto semplici.

Inoltre, proprio all'angolo della strada, si trova un ristorante caratteristico dove abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti della tradizione italiana in un'atmosfera molto piacevole.

Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio e torneremmo volentieri. Consigliamo questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben collegato e ideale per scoprire la città. È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole soggiorno e la struttura era all'altezza delle aspettative. L'host è sempre stato disponibile per ogni domanda.

My trip to Rome was exceptional because of Artstay! I booked one of their luxury apartments in Rome located right at the city center. A very exclusive apartment with easy self check-in. All the amenities were provided and the design of the apartment was also spectacular. The beds were super comfortable and the cherry on top, the customer service team of Artstay went above and beyond for us to make our experience in Rome unforgetful! They were available to help us 24/7, gave us some really nice suggestions that we have added their suggestions in our itinerary and they were very kind from the beginning until the end of the stay! It felt like they were in person when everything was done remotely! Highly Recommend the apartments of Artstay! We'll definitely come back!

During my stay in Milan we were promised a luxury apartment! This was not the case we had too many beds rammed in each room which were made of steel with a flimsy mattress! These were so uncomfy that I had to sleep on the sofa instead as after the first night of barely any sleep my back had pains! This sofa was also very uncomfortable and still dirty from last guest. The apartment was run down and botched by whoever done the interior. The door hinges were stuck on by one blob of silicone. The sauna didn’t work properly and was dirty. The front door didn’t work properly which lead to us being locked out. We tried calling for help when this happened but there was no answer. It was an unresponsive host and I would never return to this filthy apartment and very poor host Lorenzo. it was branded luxury but you would have a better stay in a prison!! Also Lorenzcock lied about damage he said we caused damage to a table and chairs with photo proof luckily I had a photo of the actual chairs and table and they were completely different. He is liar, scammer, actor!!
