Even though the first frame was damaged, they sent another one quickly, so that if I sell that piece of artwork, the customer is assured of a good frame. They still didn't put in bubble wrap on the bottom or top, but it made it without getting cracked. The quality of the frame is great.

The frames are well-made and look great. It was so nice to be able to find something in a custome size without a huge price tag. They shipped and were delivered very quickly - much faster than I anticipated.

Poor frame color. Color/Tint of frame does not look like what your computer showed. Did not order a deep gold but that's what was delivered. Also, ordered a mat and it was not included. So Disappointed.

Ordered an 11x5 frame that arrived today. It’s absolutely beautiful in every way, and I'm very happy with it. I spent a little more for it than I planned to, but it is so totally worth it. Excellent quality, and it came packed so carefully.
As a watercolor artist, I will be buying from here again.

Great selection of frames and mats to fit any size. Pricing was reasonable, service a little challenging (the frame was chipped when it arrived and I needed a replacement asap) but they came through and I was very pleased.

I was very nervous when I placed my order as I wasn’t sure the measurements would be cut exactly as I ordered them as some had to be perfectly within 1/8th of an inch. They arrived wonderfully packaged and cut PERFECTLY! I will definitely use this company again.

The material wasn't that great quality, and it was packaged pretty bad. For the price, I guess you can't complain

Everything from start to finish was great with Art to Frames. Selection and sizing was easy to do through their website and their pricing was great for the options they offered.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size frame for our artwork after measuring the piece incorrectly, but Art to Frames was easy to work with to exchange it for the correct size and the new one was quickly delivered.

The customer service and employees that I interacted with in person were also very helpful and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I never framed anything before. Measured several times. Guessed at size of boarder needed. My frame turned out PERFECT! On time, as ordered, price was in my wheelhouse even with 2 day rush order! I will definitely use ArtToFrames again!

Because I could upload my painting, the frame choice was easy. I did have a problem with the hanging hardware. I watched the video; however, the brackets were flat, so the screw guides didn't work. A little dissappointing.

I was grateful to find a company that could do very unusual matting. So it was exciting to find Art to Frame. however, upon ordering it online I was told I was going to pay $13.95 for shipping on my checkout screen when I put in my credit card said that it would be a Mail piece. But I started getting emails that I should be picking it up in the East Coast when I live in the West Coast. I knew there was a glitch so I started calling and emailing to find out how to resolve and get my mat. So after a week and a half, I finally got it resolved and it got mailed out another “however”. I contacted the company and they said that it was mailed, but it did not arrive at my house so I had to start investigating where it went and eventually, I found it at a neighbors address. Needless to say, I’m not so sure I would work with them again.

I ordered this for an end table that I have plants on to protect the table surface. Fits great!

I’ve used Art to Frames for years. I like the variety of frames and prices. Most importantly, the mats are true to color and cut exactly to size. Being able to upload a photo of what’s being framed is very helpful because you can fritz around with the mats until the proportions and combinations are just right. Shipping is pretty quick and the packaging is sturdy. I highly recommend this company.
