Order 30744768 I placed my order and they did not deliver the goods, it has been 6 months now and they refuse to offer any sort of compensation. When I initially told them about not receiving the package they said they were "investigating" 4 months has passed and they are still saying the same robotic response. AVOID

Asianbeautywholesale is their wholesale side, but they are run by the same company!

Scam company, refused to cancel my orders before they even shipped the goods. Be careful when ordering from here guys.

Not For Amazon But overall good products and authentic beauty products, but not for Amazon because their invoices are not accepted on Amazon. Also, when you ordered, he also checked through email that you resell on Amazon or else, and then if Amazon, he cancels that order.

My experience with AsianBeautyWholesale has been disappointing so far, and I wouldn’t consider them reliable based on the following:

1. Inaccurate inventory system Their website allows orders to be placed for quantities that are not actually in stock. I’ve had multiple items canceled after checkout due to “unavailability,” even though the system accepted the orders. A wholesale supplier should have proper stock verification before allowing checkout.

2. Unreliable shipping timelines The site states “ships within 21 days,” but this timeline hasn’t been honored. Delays are later blamed on the manufacturer with no clear resolution. As the authorized retailer for ELROLE, they should either enforce accountability with the manufacturer or stop listing products they can’t reliably fulfill.

3. Long-term stock outages Several products have been out of stock for months. Consistent availability is critical for wholesale buyers, and prolonged outages make planning and reordering extremely difficult.

Overall: based on my experience, AsianBeautyWholesale lacks the inventory accuracy and fulfillment reliability expected from a wholesale partner.

Más de 4 meses esperando un envío, que cuesta sobre $300. Pedí la devolución de mi pago, pero solo responden que ellos están muy preocupados y que siga esperando. Es una estafa, no compren aquí, realmente son estafadores.

Terrible experience with ABW. Placed two orders #28565318 and #28580357 over two months ago and the items have been declared lost by the courier. However, ABW was not able to tell me this when I contacted customer service multiple times, they kept me going in circles that "they would contact the courier and get back to me". I had to contact the courier directly to know that the packages were lost. When I contacted ABW about this matter they still refused to refund me or take any accountability. Terrible customer service

Fake product, will not provide Authenticity letter. The will claim to ship from Calgary in Canada.

RCMP has them on the list as fraudulent company.

A Frustrating and Risky Experience

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with AsianBeautyWholesale (ABW). As a business owner, I purchased products from ABW with the expectation that they were authentic and could be sold on major platforms like Amazon and my own Shopify store. However, when I submitted the invoices provided by ABW to Amazon for verification, my account was deactivated because Amazon does not accept their invoices as proof of authenticity.

Here’s the main issue: Anyone can generate an invoice—but how do you actually prove the products are authentic? Amazon required more than just invoices; they needed documentation such as Letters of Authorization (LoA) from the brand or supply chain verification that proves ABW is authorized to sell these products. ABW could not provide any of this.

Even outside of Amazon, I realized that if one of my customers from my Shopify store requests proof of authenticity, an ABW invoice is not going to cut it. There is no verifiable link back to the original brand—just a piece of paper with no true validation.

To make things worse, customer service is terrible. I reached out multiple times through email and chat, and all I got were generic responses that did not address my concerns. Eventually, they just stopped responding altogether, leaving my business stranded with unsellable inventory.

If you’re looking to sell authentic products on major platforms, I would strongly advise against using ABW unless you want to risk your account being suspended and your investment being lost.

Save your time, money, and frustration. Look for a supplier who actually stands behind the authenticity of their products.

I bought "FULLY" Brand product from this store.

When purchasing the products, it was written on their website that they were the official distributor of this brand. I bought the products to sell on Amazon on behalf of my company.

When I was buying the products, Amazon said it was forbidden to sell them in the USA, so I said I would sell them in Canada and bought them.

Amazon suspended my account and said that this company could not provide a certificate of authenticity of the products.

NEVER BUY THE PRODUCT IT IS NOT ORIGINAL

Should you face challenges with Amazon—such as authenticity disputes or Section 3 violations—do not expect their support. Their invoices are ineffective and often rejected when attempting to resolve such matters.

This distributor sources products from unauthorized channels, resulting in counterfeit goods entering your inventory. While there may be rare exceptions, the majority of transactions with them lead to complications. Additionally, their team consistently demonstrates unprofessionalism and unreliability.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
