We were ringing to get breakdown assistance, and we got through to a woman called Elizabeth. From the moment she started speaking I was SHOCKED at how rude she was. We were very kind to her, but she continued to talk over us, get thick and was completely unprofessional. I have never been spoken to like that in my life!
