Not the fastest service by today's online standards and short on communication to let me know how the order was progressing. Use of Royal Mail finished off a slow service as the item was dropped off at a parcel locker and waited there for 27 hours before RM collected it on a "Tracked 24". That said, the stove is excellent and exactly what I wanted.
The price for the item I ordered was much cheaper than competitors, and was sent on time as described.

I felt that the overall package that I bought (Oru Inlet Kayak, Oru PFD, Oru Paddle, and Wedge seat) was very good value for money, and he also upgraded my seat to the more comfortable gel version. Very happy with the Kayak, which is very well designed, and incredibly compact and light, but is still sturdy and easy to paddle. There was a glitch in the initial delivery with the couriers accidentally delivering to the wrong address (which happens) but, as soon as I informed him, Andy was very helpful in communicating about this, and manage to retrieve the package and sort out the re-delivery, keeping me informed throughout.
This guys know his stuff! Andy helped choose the perfect set of skis for my wife and they were delivered on time and at a great price. He also helped choose and source a set of skis for a friend who is also very pleased with his purchase. Great business which I’d highly recommend to anyone!
