Cute packaging and quick shipping with great range of products

I placed an order for some Korean skin care which AdG fulfilled promptly. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my order (a Christmas gift!) to the wrong place and then denied AdG’s claim in spite of lots of evidence (photo of mismatched front step, ring door bell log screenshot.) However, AdG still stepped up and fully refunded what I paid at a loss to their business. This is a very honest seller who I won’t hesitate to order from in the future!

I placed a small order for TIA'M - Vita B5 Toner just to test the waters (see if the company was legit before I fully commit to a larger purchase).I literally received the order along with some free samples the day after I submitted the order which is impressive considering I don't even live in the mainland UK and I made the order late afternoon. Recently I've been buying from different Korean skincare companies and I can't really fault any of them but Atelier deserves some special recognition. They don't seem to have the same hype as other Korean skincare brands or at least not that I've noticed when I've been researching reliable sellers for whatever reason unbeknown to me based on my experience. I'd definitely buy from them again

Easy to navigate website and prompt delivery

Quick delivery, nicely/safely wrapped.
I love my new mascara, the slim brush makes it easy to apply and my lashes look and feel natural. It lasted all day without smudging or causing dryness. Some mascaras irritate my eyes but this one doesn't at all.
I also received a free sample of moisturiser with my order, thank you!

Honestly this is the best k beauty company out there. First of all they have a wide selection of k beauty products many others don’t have. I remember seeing videos all about arencia and I was hoping some company would stock it and boom there it was at atelier de glow. I also told them it was birthday and they went to the effort to writing me a birthday note- such a small but meaningful gesture. If you’re going to put anything in the notes section at checkout trust me they read it because they saw my birthday note. Also delivery is very fast- I’m talking 2-3 days MAX. Honestly if I could give this company 6 stars I would.

They have a great selection of authentic (!) products and super fast shipping. This was my third order, and with my second one, they even sent a discount code for next time — which, of course, I forgot to use. They kindly refunded me the discount anyway. I’ll definitely keep ordering my Korean skincare from here — every time I’ve tried Amazon, I’ve ended up with dupes. Definitely recommend to order from here!

I wanted to buy some korean skincare products and i hestitated too much to order them online however i did and ordered them from here, all products were in a large box with a good packaging and i received a voucher for a second time order, which excited me because i wanted to order some more items and as everything was so smooth and perfect the first time i decided to reorder the other items and everything was again smooth, they are very reaponsive either on instagram or by email, the voucher thing was a nice act, the products are authentic and with reasonable prices and fast same day delivery everything was just perfect.
