I contracted with this company after the building's property manager referred me. The inspection of the work required the plumber to return. Payment was rendered in full, and I was double charged for services for approximately one month after they were paid and service rendered. I've reached out to this company through various methods to get my funds refunded, but they have failed to respond. It's been over 30 days. I do not suggest using this company. They are extremely slow to respond, and customer service is evasive. Be careful when using a credit card with this company.

I cannot begin to describe the 4 month ordeal to get a garden tub leak/faucet replaced.
My calls were unrefined.
Appointments were missed without calling.
It was so bad, I was sent a coupon for 167.50.

You would think that would have been the kicker... nope. I was left with 3 BIG @$$ holes around my tub from him tearing the tile around my wall... and this misfit simply refused to fix it. I would have unfortunately settled for it to caulked up. Didn't do that either.

DO NOT!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

They were extremely helpful, fast and communicative. Explained the entire process didn't charge me for parts I didn't need and just in general were fantastic.

J.R. Plumbing did a phenomenal job at my house. They dug up and replaced old pipes and when finished my yard looked like a newly landscaped yard when they replaced the dirt. Very professional and have excellent prices.

The technician was very professional and ensured I was satisfied with the repair prior to leaving. The company sent reminders for the appointment and alerts when they were on there way.
