All round excellent service and product.

Within 5 minutes of purchasing a Server, I received my onboarding log-in details and was able to get started on hosting for myself and my group of friends.

I was daunted by getting a incredibly large modpack to work and decided to contact support via Discord - within 2 minutes of creating a ticket I received help from 2 staff members.

They assisted and walked me through step by step and helped to get the server running and even went the extra bit to suggest and help with improvements to help the server run more efficiently - and I feel it important to add in that this was past 21:00 on a Friday evening (I did not expect the support team to be that quick in answering tickets).

The pricing of packages for a monthly subscription is market competitive and I will definitely be recommending and using their services in the future!

From beginning to end, the support staff is amazing, 100x better than UrbanX.
The server's quality is also great, as well as the pricing. I really would recommend this service provider. I am running Stoneblock 3 for 7 players, no hiccups.

These guys deserve 6 stars. The service provided for the price is amazing. Support on Discord is near instant, even late at night. Pricing is cheaper than their competitors like TheVillagerPeople, Gaming Evolved, Qonzer.
The hardware is super fast. Downtime is extremely rare and short and the communication is great between host and user. I can't recommend this service enough.
